& Welder verifications for each project.
o Report to the Pipeline & Facility Division Managers for all construction operations within the assigned area of
responsibility for the overall planning, organization of the construction effort, & cost controls on assigned
projects.
o Monitors project budgets, evaluates project progress and identifies deviations from the project plan.
o Conflict Resolution of major problems such as labor issues, manpower & equipment staffing, material delivery
and subcontract management.
o Provides leadership & direction to on-site project field superintendents & crew; not limited to site specific
issues. Identifies issues & significant project events, analyzes impact assessments, and aggressively implement
a “Go Forward” plan of action to maintain the integrity & success of the project.

2015 – 2017 Cleveland Integrity Services @ Enbridge Energy, Duluth, MN (Contract Position)
Lead Inspector General III (2016 – 2017) – Assisted Special Projects Management team by conducting an extensive
Cost Analysis of the L2B project during closeout. Cost Analysis tasks included comparing all field tickets/invoices to
the initial scope of work & rate sheets to determine billing discrepancies &/or inaccuracies, overcharges, & unapproved
costs associated with the project, which resulted in a $1.8 million cost savings on a $54 million project. Tracked all
additional costs to the project, reviewed for unforeseen issues & ensured all documentation needed for an audit was
organized & compiled.
Lead Inspector General III (2015 – 2016) – Lead inspector for Enbridge Energy, Special Project team. Performing inspections, as well as, scheduling & managing inspectors on a Hydro test for approx. 400 miles of 24” main line.
Scheduling NDE, OES, & MT/UT testing of new and existing features to be used to fill, pack -in and hydro test the
existing line. Audit & Reject/Approve contractor LEMs (labor, equipment, & material) tickets to eliminate waste and
prevent overbilling. Conduct new inspector one-on-one training, when needed, to ensure Enbridge documentation is
completed correctly & in compliance.
2014 – 2015 URS/Flint Energy Services, Pleasanton, TX
Lead Project Manager (2014 – 2015) – managing over $7,000,000 in pipeline construction for Marathon Oil, Kenedy,
TX on various oil sales, laterals and gathering lines, tie-ins, & poly line installation while infusing a strong safety
culture to ensure a safe working environment.
2011 – 2014 Bottom Line Services, LLC, George West, TX
Lead Project Manager – managed various pipeline projects for Lucid Energy, Wildcat Midstream Partners, EFS, ETC and
Murphy Oil Corporation with approximate earned revenue of $5.6 million. Main line pipe sizes ranged from 6” to 8” with
4” laterals, risers, launchers and receivers, as well as, 36” asbestos abatement and re-coat project.
Project Manager – managed approximately 65 facility construction projects for Pioneer Resources, with earned revenue of
approx. $5.3 million & 72,000 crew man hours. Projects ranged from installation of conventional headers and separators
to full pods.
Project Coordinator – assisted Project Manager with pipeline project cost tracking & field ticket status for South Cross
