1. Provide permanent display board made ofmetal with pictorial representation of thebanned "one time use and throwaway plastics"for informing the visitors about theimplementation of the ban on use andthrowaway plastics.

We have fixed permanent display board,about ban one time use and throwawayplastics at our main entry gate toinforming the visitors about theimplementation of ban one time use andthrowaway plastics.i.e. Photo enclosed below

2. Declare the industry premises as "plastic freezone" and stickers shall be put uppredominantly.

We declare that, our factory premises as aplastic free zone, and we also placedstickers for above the same.i.e. Photo enclosed below

3. Conduct awareness programme among theemployees and other publics within the radiusof 10km, about the ban on use of one time useand throwaway plastics and the alternatives forthe banned plastics, utilizing the service ofproactive NGO'S,NGC and ECO clubs.

4. Conduct competitions among the children's oftheir employees for creating awareness aboutthe ban on use of "one time use and throwawayplastics"

5. Take the pledge to avoid " one time use andthrowaway plastics"

6. Provide notices to the suppliers, customers andvisitors, detailing the banned plastics items andto make practice to use alternate to bannedplastics items.

7. Ensure that the banned plastics items are notused in the canteen, offices, and officialmeetings.

8. Form a "one time use and throwaway plasticsavoidance committee" comprising of top,middle and lower level official withresponsibility to create and spread awarenessamong the employees and community around10 km radius.
