This camp provides youth, teens, and young adults with physical disabilities, cognitive disabilities and autism the opportunity to experience hands on “magic” of being a Super Hero. Campers will rotate through workshops designed to feature a specific “super power” or “trait” of a Super Hero.WORKSHOPS:YOU CAN FLY! Directed by the Internationally renowned Theatrical Flying Company, Hall Associates Flying FX, campers will work with Flying Directors on a state of the art fly system. MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU! Campers will work with Stage Fight Directors to choreograph the iconic light saber duel between Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker/Princess Leia. KAPOW! Comic Book Experience! Campers will create their own unique Super Hero charac-ter/identity, creating a short comic strip featuring themselves.SFX! Take One! Campers will experience hands on special e�ects, behind the scenes magic. LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION! Stunt Double Demo Stunt men and woman from the Chicago movie and television industry will be on hand to demonstrate their craft and answers questions about how the action comes alive!REAL LIFE SUPER HEROES! Campers will meet local Police O�cers, Firemen and Army personnel to explore real life Super Heroes and how they keep us safe everyday.
