DESCRIPTIONA pastry that is based on the concept of the classic apple puff pastry (apple strudel) but with new ingredients: bananas, kiwi and poppy seeds. The combination of the ingredients harmonizes flavorfully. It is easy to make and a delicious dessert.

Prepare the following mix in a large bowl: - 2 sliced and dices apples - 2 sliced bananas - 1 to 2 handful of poppy seeds - a dash of cinnamon - a dash of cardamom - half a handful of hazelnuts - half a handful of raisins - one spoon of marmalade (e.g. apricot, strawberry) - optionally 2 spoons of linseeds - optionally 2 spoons of sesame seeds Separately prepare 2 peeled and sliced kiwis Put the pastry dough sheet flat on a baking paper. Add the content of half the bowl in a line on the dough. Roll the dough once as to cover the filling from the bowl. Now spread half the kiwi slices on top in a single row line. Roll the dough again as to cover the kiwis. Roll again if necessary to roll up all the dough Repeat this for the second dough sheet. Put both puff pastries in the oven. Let it in the over for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Done. Cover slightly with powdered sugar if desired.</p>
