GRAPE SEED OILGrape Seed oil has a light, mild flavor that makes it wonderful for a

variety of cooking techniques. A smoke point of 485°F makes this oil a great option to use in high temperature cooking or frying while the neutral flavor works well as a carrier oil in dressings with any type of

vinegar, never overwhelming the other flavors in your dish.

Delicious for pan-frying breaded or flour dredged meats; creating vinaigrettes for a variety of salads; and

stir-frying meats and veggies at high temperatures.
