Marinate the beef cubes in the balsamic vinegar in the fridge for at least 1 hour - ideally more 2. Preheat the oven to 170/ 325/ gas 3 3. Roughly chop your onion, potatoes and carrots 4. Place all ingredients in casserole dish and mix together before covering and placing in oven 5. Cook for 2-2 1/2 hours until the beef is tender 6. Serve and enjoy! This is an ideal slow cooker recipe - Fill the cooker in the morning and enjoy once home after work!
