Important Rental Facts

z Suite packages include 18, 36 or 54 tickets.

z All orders must be placed and confirmed 3 business days before the start of your event.

z All suite rentals will be invoiced according to the policies of the Toledo Mud Hens Baseball Club via their sales department. Any additional orders placed on site the day of the event will be handled accordingly.

z If you have additional guests, please let us know so that we may accommodate.

z All upgrade items are subject toa 7.25% sales tax and an 20% administrative charge.

z All menu options are suggestions. Our catering department will gladly custom design menus to fulfill all of your catering needs. Please consult your sales representative for our a la carte suite menu.

Day of Game

Your food and beverage will be delivered one half hour prior to the start of the event, unless indicated otherwise on the pre-order form. Additional food and beverage orders may be made through your suite attendant. Food and Beverage last call will be made during the 7th inning stretch for baseball games. In the event of a rain delay, last call will be made 3 hours after the scheduled start time of the event. For your best health interest, all unconsumed

food is disposed of by the Toledo Mud Hens Baseball Club. Beverages left unconsumed are not permitted to leave the ballpark. Attempting to bring food or beverages into or out of the ballpark is strictly prohibited.

Customer Conduct

We ask your cooperation in helping us make the private party suites a safe and enjoyable environment. Suite holders and their guests are subject to all rules and regulations governing the use of Fifth Third Field including the prohibitions in creating disturbances, causing objects to be thrown or dropped from the suites, using or possessing illegal substances, public intoxication or any other socially unacceptable behavior. The Toledo Mud Hens reserve the right to eject any person who violates these rules and/ or threaten the safety and security of our guests and the general public.

You as the Renter shall keep and maintain the Rental Suite in good repair, order and condition; and shall reimburse the Mud Hens as appropriate for (a) the repair of any damage caused by Renter or Renter’s guests to the Rental Suite or the property of Fifth Third Field (b) the removal or loss of any personal property in the Rental Suite supplied by the Mud Hens.

Be the Most Valuable Player…Drink Responsibly

The Toledo Mud Hens always work hard to keep Fifth Third Field a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, so we ask for your cooperation in the following:

z It is the Suite Host’s responsibility to monitor and control alcoholic beverage consumption within the suite.

z Guests under the age of 21, by law, are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages.

z Please refrain from drinking and driving.

z Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into or taken out of the stadium.

z It is against the law to serve alcohol to an intoxicated person.

z Please keep glass bottles in the designated area.
