    Automation Systems.

    AT&T Communications and have around 80 Thousand plus Employees. AT&T

    manufacture a various amount of communication products.

    3). How many employees did you supervise? Up to (30) Employees

    4). Describe the management structure within your company. Who did you report to?

    Management Structure was Head of operations and Management. I worked in

    management for the Head of Operations.

    5). Can you work all turns and weekends? Yes

    6). How many hours of work did you average in a week? Did you get paid overtime? 45-

    55HRS.

    7).What were your responsibilities for safety? Did you give safety contacts and record

    them. Did you have environmental responsibilities? OHSA. Yes. Yes, chemical.

    8). What was your favorite part of your most recent job? What about the thing that you

    disliked about your last position? Automation controls. Nothing

    9). Did you have budgetary responsibilities? Yes, time contracts.

    10). Did your last position have any continuous improvement activities? Give an example

    Yes. Improving operation PLC controls.

    11). Was the work environment union or non-union? Did you ever discipline anyone?

    Give examples Both. Yes, drinking on the job.

    12). What are your best attributes? Do you consider yourself a team-player or do you

    function in more of an individual type arena? I consider myself a team player.

    13). Why should we hire you? Because I accomplish my objective role of completing a job

    and doing it Wright the first time.

    14). Describe your education beyond high school. Have you had any company paid

    training? Completed high school. Yes I have plenty of company paid training.

    15). If the position was offered to you, how soon could you start? Do you need to relocate?

    What are your salary requirements? Within two week notice. I do not need to re-locate.

    Electrical:1). Do you have any PLC experience? If so, what PLCs have you worked on? Yes I do.

    Allen-Bradley, Siemens, General Electric and Omron.

    2). Do you have experience working on AC or DC drives? What manufacturers are you

    experienced with? Do you have any power distribution background? Yes, Hansen and

    Hitachi.

    3). Have you worked with AC motors? How many horsepower- largest and smallest?

    What were the applications? Yes. 120 HP and 200 HP.. Robotics.

    4). Have you worked with DC motors? What horsepower? What types of DC motors? Yes.

    150HP. Commutator DC motors.

    5). Do you have any experience working on overhead cranes? Were they AC or DC? Yes.DC cranes.

    6). How many electrical personnel did you supervise? Any mechanical? Do you have

    experience in mechanical repairs? Up to (30) Thirty Personnel. Yes I have supervised

    Mechanical personnel. Yes I do have experience in mechanical repairs.

    7). Have you worked with or supervised electrical contractors? If yes, what type of jobs?

    Yes. Electrical single, dual and three phase wiring.

    8). Can you read electrical blueprints? Can you use multimeters, meggers, oscilloscopes,

    And other testing equipment? What type of pms or predictive services are you familiarwith? Yes I can read electrical prints. I use all types of Electrical test equipment.

    Preventative Maintenance includes both Electrical and Mechanical.

    9). were you involved in major or minor capital projects? How much was the project and

    list an example. Yes. 1.5 Million Dollars. Steel slab casting.

    Mechanical:1). Are you experienced in power distribution? Yes.

    2). Do you have experience in pneumatics? Hydraulic systems? Can you read blueprints?

    Give examples of what experience you have in these areas. Yes I have experience inPneumatics. Yes experience in Hydraulics. Can read blue prints.

    3). How many mechanical personnel did you supervise? Did you supervise any other crafts

    such as welders, pipefitters, riggers, and possible electrical craft? Up to (30) thirty

    mechanical personnel. Also worked with all level (mentioned) of maintenance.

    4). What type of equipment are you familiar with? Some examples would be gearboxes,

    Who manages the system? Scheduling the Wright people to perform the P.M.S. Yes I

    enter request. The people I supervise.
