Building an innovation brandBuild a recognizable and repeatable message
OFI acted in some ways as new company needing to create our own brand, communication plan and effort to change a culture. However, I think we were fortunate in having a fairly small audience base to work with approx. 1,300 companies.

Measure the shift
Nice but we need to re-do the scale since we look like we are at a level 3 but are only level 2
22
Share The Data: At Business Unit Level
Corporate wide and then throughout the organization by business units. Not only do we want to build accountability and recognition from the bottom-up but also top-down.
23
Innovation Activity ReportCollecting data is important and so is sharing it.
Share The Data: At Individual Level
Building accountability throughout the company for innovation. Discuss how we can be transparent by collecting the data and then putting it into the hands of team members to use in their annual performance review.
