• CRM Solutions Developer (SD)
• CRM Solutions Architect
• Ensure successful delivery of projects as measured by schedule, budget and deliverable quality performance measurements. Help sell, estimate, plan, execute, and deploy projects. Regularly communicate project status, manage risks and issues, and monitor financial performance according to contracts. Work with clients to rapidly enhance the internal capabilities needed to continuously improve operational and innovation performance. Use different project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) to best serve the client’s needs.

• CRM Business Analyst (BA)
• Assist customers to improve performance and align
business processes/IT with critical business
strategies and provide the translation between the
functional and the technical. Involved throughout the
project lifecycle, BA’s document as-is and to-be
business process flows and requirements and lead a
functional implementation team and work with an
overall Project Manager to create and assign tasks
for the team. Provides Analysis and Solution
Definition, Project Execution and Pre-sales support.
• CRM Project Manager (PM)
