1) Technical Sales EngineersThe role:•To identify and develop new business opportunities.•To build relationships with key technical and commercial contacts with regular customer visits.•Establish client requirements and specifications through technical/commercial meetings and specification reviews.•Carry out product selection and analysis using specialist tools and analysis software.•Prepare technical and commercial proposals and present these to the clients.•Negotiation of technical and commercial contracts.•Preparation of reports, budgets and market information for management purposes.•Identify and project manage new products and applications.

2) Technical Manager Vibration & Shock Products

The Technical Manager is responsible to the Works Director for conceptual design and development of vibration and shock isolators including product testing and qualification, project management to ensure customer requirements are met, liaison with the Sales Engineering team and overseas sister companies. They will have experience in Static and Dynamic

analysis, CAD, FEA and hold relevant education & engineering qualifications.

Experience with elastomeric moulded products and precision fabricated structures would be an advantage.
