Autism New Jersey Celebrates Its 50th Anniversary By Barry Grummer

detection company K. Restoration & Roofing Corporation, supports his community in a variety of ways. Among others, Barry Grummer contributes to Autism New Jersey, formerly known as the New Jersey Center for Outreach and Services for the Autism Community (COSAC).

Dedicated to supporting individuals with autism and their families, Autism New Jersey is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. To honor its anniversary, the organization has established a fundraising goal of $1 million. Autism New Jersey has already raised more than $200,000 and hopes to generate the rest during its 50th Anniversary Campaign and its 50th Anniversary Gala.

Autism New Jersey• All the money raised will go toward expanding and

improving Autism New Jersey’s services and supporting its long-term sustainability.

The 50th Anniversary Gala will be held in Jersey City at the Liberty Science Center on November 5, 2015. Interested individuals can become gala sponsors or donate auction items or prizes to support the fundraising efforts. Guests can purchase individual tickets or an entire table of 10 once sales begin in September. Meanwhile, the 50th Anniversary Campaign is going on throughout the year and welcomes donations and gifts. Additionally, Autism New Jersey is promoting its 50 Families Fund Drive, through which families can share their stories to collect donations.
