1. ln case the positions are excluded in the staffing pattern under the approvedPCFC RP, the appointees to the position shall exercise the options availableunder E.O. No. 366;

2. Funds for filling of the position shall be taken fully from the corporate funds ofthe PCFC, which shall be included in its annual Corporate Operating Budgetas approved by its Board of Directors and that no budgetary support will berequested from the National Government; and

3. The filling up shall comply with the pertinent provisions of the civil servicepolicies, budgetary, accounting, auditing, and other applicable laws, rules andregulations shall be complied with.
