September 2002 – September 2003In this role I negotiated with UPS, Fed Ex, and Yellow Freight to receive discounted shipping rates, as well as to receive special shipping equipment. I negotiated with brokerage houses in order to ship internationally. I solely relocated the small parts area to the shipping warehouse to streamline all the shipping out of one main location. I was also responsible for inventory & quality control and lead audits. I also utilized MS Suite/Office on a daily basis in this role.

September 2003 – September 2004In this role, I received incoming customer calls for parts, sales, customer escalations, and customer service issues. I utilized MS Suite on a daily basis in this role, as well as writing material estimates to repair or replace structural areas of the cooler or freezer.

September 2004 – August 2005In this role, I was solely responsible for taking all incoming technical service calls. This included diagnosing refrigeration problems and issues, assisting contractor with electrical wiring diagrams and information, as well as assisting contractors over the phone with the construction of freezer and coolers. I was also responsible for hiring and approving contractors to work on customer equipments, and invoicing payment. I was also solely responsible for all warranty administration and issues. I utilized MS Suite on a daily basis in the role, provided top-notch customer service, and was also the contact person for all after hour’s technical emergencies.
