Waiting for Baby!

It could be any day now! We’re on pins and needles waiting with bated breath for Rye’s arrival. Before the next newsletter he will almost definitely have made his appearance. His due date is August 17th. We’re keeping busy, however, with baby classes, work projects and more! The car seat is in the car, the baby classes are done, the showers are over, the baby’s room is organized and his crib is put together. Now it’s a waiting game.

Keeping Busy Work hard, Play hard

While we’re waiting for the baby

to come we’re not sitting on our

hands. Ric has been helping just

about everyone we know with

projects of some sort: painting

fences, digging basements and

building sheds among various

other time-consuming projects.

Preparing for fall classes is also

taking a big chunk of time as he

prepares to continue to work

toward his second bachelor’s

degree. Sharon is working hard

preparing “the nest” and trying

to stay fit, active and healthy.

We’re both spending time with

our families and friends as well

as connecting with our partners

and churches in the area. We’re

so honored and privileged to

have a great team of people

behind us, cheering for us and

giving so that we can bring the

good news of Jesus to people in

Thailand. Thank-you for your love

and prayers during this

important and fun time!
