RestorationWhat is the Market Potential?

We can create a need with restoration.

Can you create a need for a new chair?

New chairs fill existing needs. Any existing auditorium is a restoration candidate.

Page 4: Auditorium Seating Restoration Presentation

RestorationWhy Restore?

No one does restoration like Irwin seating. We strip chairs down to bare metal and wood. We refinish using the latest in finishing technology. We reupholster using new foam and fabric.

Only a couple of competitors factory refinish. Most competitors are Mom and Pop operations.

On site painting. Reupholstery over existing foam. Use of inferior foam.

Important to set the standard for restoration!

Limited Competition

Page 5: Auditorium Seating Restoration Presentation

RestorationWhy Restore?

Cost Savings. Code Issues. Save the cost of disposing of the chairs. Re-use of layout and existing anchors. Up-dating Aisle lights.

Inherent aesthetics of the facility. Appeal of “recycling” existing chairs. Reaffirms the original purchase decision.

Benefit to Customers

Page 6: Auditorium Seating Restoration Presentation

RestorationWhy Restore?

Plywood chairs with wood seat & back. Full finish. Reveal. Fully - upholstered.

Families of Chairs

1900’s to 1940’s historic chairs. Ornate ends. Thicker foam wood seats and backs “ plush” seating.

Modern auditorium chairs. Modern steel/plastic backs. Steel “bucket” seat pans.
