Atlantis and Lemuria

Lemurian Age took place approximately between the years 4,500,000 BC to about 12,000 years ago. Until the sinking of the continents of Lemuria and later of Atlantis, there were seven major continents on this planet. The lands belonging to the gigantic continent of Lemuria included lands now under the Pacific Ocean as well as Hawaii, the Easter Islands, the Fiji Islands, Australia and New Zealand. Also lands in the Indian Ocean and Madagascar. The Eastern coast of Lemuria also extended to California and part of British Columbia in Canada. For a very long time before the fall in consciousness, the Lemurians lived in a fifth dimensional frequency or dimension, and were able to switch back and forth from fifth to third at will, without any problem. It could be done whenever it was desired, by intension and the energies of the heart.

The Lemurian race was a mixture of beings that came mainly from Sirius, Alpha Centauri and a smaller number of them from other planets as well. Eventually, as these races mixed together on Earth, they formed the Lemurian civilization. To say the least, it was quite an awesome mixture. Lemuria was really the cradle of civilization on this planet, the “Motherland” who assisted in the eventual birth of many other civilizations. Atlantis came about at a later time.

The continent of Lemuria thrived in a state of paradise and magic for a few millions years. Eventually, as a result of wars between the two major continents, great devastations took place on Lemuria and on Atlantis. Twenty five thousand years ago, Atlantis and Lemuria, the two highest civilizations of the time were battling each other over “ideologies”. They had two very different ideas about how the direction of other civilizations on this planet should go. The Lemurians believed that the other less evolved cultures should be left alone to continue their own evolution at their own pace according to their own understandings and pathway.

The Atlanteans believed that all the less evolved cultures should be brought under sway and controlled by the two more evolved civilizations. This caused a series of thermonuclear wars between Atlantis and Lemuria. Later on, when the wars were over and the dust had settled, there were no winners.

During these devastating wars, people who were highly civilized stooped to quite low levels, until they eventually realized the futility of such behaviors. Ultimately, Atlantis and Lemuria became the victims of their own aggression, and the homelands of both continents became greatly weakened by those wars. The people, through the priesthood, were then informed that within less than 15,000 years their continents would sink completely. In those days, because people lived an average of 20,000 to 30,000 years commonly, they understood that many who have caused the havoc would live to experience the destruction.

In the time of Lemuria, California was part of the Lemurian land. When the Lemurians realized that their land was destined to perish, they petitioned the Shamballa-the-Lesser, the head of the Agartha Network, for permission to build a city beneath Mount Shasta in order to preserve their culture and their records.

In order for them to be granted the permission to build a city and becoming part of the subterranean Agartha Network, they had to prove that they had learned their lessons of war and aggression. They also had to prove this to many other agencies such as the Galactic Confederation of Planets. They also had to prove that they had learned their lessons of peace in order to be accepted again as members of the Confederation. When permission was granted to build their city, it was understood that this area would survive the cataclysms.

There was already a very large dome cavern existing within Mount Shasta. The Lemurians constructed their city, which they called Telos, who was also the name of this whole area at the time, including California and a major part of the U.S. we now call the South West. Telos also included the lands North of Mount Shasta along the west coast, up to part of British Columbia. Telos means Communication with Spirit, oneness with Spirit, understanding with Spirit.

When Telos was constructed, it was meant to contain a maximum of 200,000 people. When the cataclysms started, only 25,000 people made it on time into the mountain and were saved. This number is approximately what was left of the Lemurian culture in the third dimension. Already the records had been moved from Lemuria to the underground city of Telos and the temples had been built. When the blast that destroyed the continent manifested, it came a bit earlier than anticipated, and this is why so many people did not make it “on time” inside the mountain.

It is known that Lemuria, the beloved Motherland, went down overnight. The continent sank so quietly that nearly everybody was totally unaware of what was happening. Practically all were sleeping during the occurrence. There was no

unusual weather condition that night. According to a transmission given by Lord Himalaya in 1959 through Geraldine Innocenti, El Morya’s twin flame, he explained that a great part of those of the priesthood who had remained faithful to the Light and their sacred calling, like captains on a sinking ship, kept their posts, and fearless to the end, they sang and prayed as they went down beneath the waves.

“Before the Lemurian continent sank, the priest and priestesses of the Temples were warned of the coming cataclysmic changes, and various Focuses of the Sacred Fire were transported to Telos, and others were transported to other lands which would not be affected. Many of these Flames were taken to the continent of Atlantis to a specific location and were sustained there for quite a period of time by daily spiritual applications. Just before Lemuria sank, certain of these priests and priestesses returned to their homes on that continent and volunteered to go down with the land and Her people, giving the assistance of their radiation and extending comfort and fearlessness.

They offered this help to counteract the fear, which always comes with cataclysmic action. These loving benefactors, by the radiation of their God controlled energies and their sacrifice, literally surrounded the auras of the people in a blanket of peace and assisted in creating a freedom from fear so that the etheric bodies of those lifestreams would not be so severely scarred, thus saving those people in future embodiments, from having to experience greater tragic consequences”.

From Lord Himalaya to the “Bridge to Freedom” dispensation in 1959 said: “Many members of the priesthood placed themselves in small groups strategically in various areas and they prayed and sang as they went down beneath the water. The melody they sang was the same as is known today as “Auld Lang Syne”. The idea behind this action was that every horrifying experience leaves a very deep scar and trauma in the etheric body and cellular memory of the people, and it takes several embodiments to heal. Through the action and the sacrifice of those of the priesthood, choosing to stay together in groups and singing to the very end, much fear was mitigated, and a certain level of harmony was maintained.

This way, the damage and trauma to the souls who perished was greatly diminished. It was said that those of the priesthood, along with the musicians, sang and prayed until the waves and the water had risen to level of their mouths. It is then that they also perished. During the night, while the masses slept, under a starry blue sky, it was all over; the beloved Motherland was submerged beneath the waves of the Pacific Ocean. None of the priesthood had left their post, and

none had evidenced any fear. Lemuria went down with dignity!

Auld Lang Syne” was the last song ever heard on the land of Lemuria. The song they sang, some people on Earth have brought this song forth again through the Irish people, and very prophetic words have been put into it such as. “Should auld acquaintances be forgot”. Indeed, we are these old acquaintances reuniting again, those of us from the physical realm with those of our beloved ones, former friends and family members of Telos, “yet invisible” to our present sight, and hopefully, not for too much longer.

Hear this well in your heart my friends, these next couple sentences. Before our Beloved Lemuria sank completely, it was prophesized that one day, in some far distant future, many of us will gather again as a group and sing this song again, with the absolute knowingness that the “Earth’s Victory” is won. The time we are now living in brings the celebration of this long awaited day, and the fulfilling of that incredible prophecy. We are now initiating the beginning of the long awaited “Reunion”.

It is almost with tears in my eyes that I am letting you know from Adama that many of you reading those words were among those brave souls who sacrificed your life for the great benefit of the collective. Lets applaud your bravery then, and now lets rejoice for our return together, once again, to continue our great Lemurian mission of assisting the planet and humanity into her glorious ascension.

In Telos, one aspect of their mission has been to keep the balance and energies of ascension consciousness for the planet until such a time that surface dwellers can do this for themselves. Now the time has come for our two civilizations to do this together as “One Heart”. Earth after the Sinking of the two Continents

At the same time Lemuria was going down, Atlantis started shaking and loosing parts of its land, and it continued for 200 years, until the final stage, where the rest of the continent completely sank. For 2,000 years after the Lemurian and the Atlantean catastrophes, the planet was still shaking. For the Earth to loose two large land masses within 200 years, plus the planet was still witnessing the effects of the thermo-nuclear weapons, the Earth had suffered such a major setback and trauma, that it took several thousands years to balance out again and be hospitable.

For hundreds of years after the destruction of both continents, so much debris had been thrown into the atmosphere that the Earth never became bright in

daylight. The atmosphere became very cold because the sunlight was not able to penetrate properly through the thick toxic atmospheric debris and very little food could grow. A large percentage of the animals and plants perished. Why is there so little evidence today of the remains of these two great civilizations?

The reason is that the cities on the planet that did not sink were shook to rubbles, or were wiped out by earthquakes or by huge tidal waves that would often go as far as 1,000 miles inland and destroy most cities and habitations in their pathway. The human conditions in the civilizations that survived those cataclysms became so harsh and difficult by this constant earth activity and people became so frightened that the quality of life of those civilizations deteriorated very fast. For those who survived all those calamities, hunger, poverty and disease were their legacy.

The original height of mankind on this planet was approximately 12 feet tall. The Hyperboreans were and still are 12 feet tall and none of them live on the surface at this time. By the time Lemuria sank, the Lemurians were reduced to 7 feet tall and still are 7 to 8 feet tall to this day. And there has been still a further lowering of height on this planet, for most of us on the surface are 6 feet tall or less. As our civilization evolves, this will be restored. Even now, people on the surface of this planet are becoming much taller than they were only 100 years ago. Government of Telos

In Telos, there are two forms of government. The king and queen of Telos, Ra and Rana Mu, ascended masters who are also twin flames, form one aspect of the government of Telos. They are the ultimate rulers of Telos. The second form of government is the local Council, called the Lemurian Council of Light of Telos, consisting of 12 ascended masters, where 6 men and 6 women serve on the council to balance the divine masculine with the divine feminine. A thirteenth member, the head High Priest of Telos, at this time Adama, officiates as the leader of the council to make the final decision when there is an even vote in the decisions made by the council.

Members of the council are selected according to the level of spiritual attainment they have reached, inner qualities, maturity and area of expertise. When a member of the council decides to move on to another level of service, the vacancyis made known to our people and those who desire to take a seat on the council may apply. All applications are carefully studied by the council, by the members of the priesthood and the king and queen of Telos. The king and the queen have the final word about who is chosen among the applicants to be on the council. The City of Telos

Telos is a fairly large city, there are approximately one and one half millions of us living here. Also we are not divided in several villages and we all share the local government, many of us live in various areas. What we call the city of Telos is divided in 5 levels of several square miles beneath Mt. Shasta. In Telos, beings are considered in a way still “children” at the age of 200 years of age. When beings are less than 200 to 300 years of age, in a way, they are children comparing to the elders who can be anywhere between 10,000 to 30,000 years in the same body.

The first level: The large percentage of our people live beneath the dome on the first level. This is also where the administrative and public buildings and several temples are situated. In the center of this level stands our main temple, called the temple of MaRa, a pyramid shape sort of structure. It will seat 10,000 people at a time. This temple is dedicated to the priesthood of Melchizedek. The pyramid is white, with the capstone, called the “living stone” donated to us from Venus.

The second level: This is where all the production and manufacturing for the need of the people and the city takes place. It is also an area for several schools for the children and adult classes. Many more of our people live on that level as well.

The third level is consecrated totally for our hydroponic gardens where all of our food supply is grown on about 7 acres of land, producing a diet that is very interesting and fun, offering much variety. Our methods of gardening are so effective that seven acres of land is all that is needed to grow abundantly a very large variety of food to feed one and one half million people, creating strong, healthy bodies that do not age.

The hydroponic gardens are able to produce crops on a constant basis. We can grow food much faster, using advance hydroponic technology with very little soil and much water without the use of chemicals like you do on the surface. Our food is totally organic with the highest vibration. Our form of gardening does not need fertilizers and does not deplete the soil. We do place organic minerals into the water for the plants. Our crops are also enhanced and quickened by the great light, energy and love vibration of Telos. This is the magic of our 5th dimensional consciousness that you will soon discover, most likely in this decade or early on in the next.

The fourth level contains some hydroponic gardening, some manufacturing and a large area for nature, park like setting with small lakes and fountains.The fifth level is totally consecrated to nature. There are tall trees, lakes, park

types atmosphere and this is the place where we keep all our animals. In this nature level, many plants and animals have been preserved that you no longer see on the surface. Our animals are all vegetarians and do not eat each other. They live side by side in total harmony, without fear and without any aggression towards people and towards each other. Telos is really the place where the lion and the lamb lay side-by-side and sleep together in total confidence.

The New Lemuria

To all of you reading these words, let us say to you that Lemuria has never been totally destroyed as it has been perceived in your present timing. It still exists to this day in a fourth and fifth dimensional frequency, not yet visible to your third dimensional vision and perception. As the veil between those dimensions continues to become increasingly thinner, we want to assure you that in a not too distant future, your beloved Lemuria, in Her new Splendor and Glory, will reveal Herself to you in a very physical and tangible way.

As you open yourself up to a higher conscious way of living and purify yourself of all distorted and erroneous belief systems you have embraced in the last millennia, you will be able to perceive your beloved Motherland, once again, and eventually be allowed to step in to be received by Her with all the Love and Splendor She has now to offer. You will be invited to, once again, join us very tangibly in this place of paradise. At the time of the blast, Lemuria and what it represented to this planet was lifted into a 4th dimensional frequency. It continued to thrive and evolve to the level of perfection and beauty it has now reached with those who were able to come along at the time.

If this information brings tears to your eyes and opens your heart to heal those pains that have been buried within you for so very long, let it flow, let it flow. Allow the flow of your tears to bring healing to every part of your being. Allow yourself to really feel it, and embrace it in the heart through the breath. Allow all remembrances and pains to be felt fully without suppressing any. This is how you will bring forth your healing, increment by increment. As you inhale it through the breath, your GodSelf will dissolve and heal those imprints forever. Ask your Higher Self to assist you in uncovering those records that are holding you back from unfolding your new glorious reality.

In your daily meditation, we ask you to do this work faithfully until you feel a completion. Connect with us and with our Love heart to heart. You may ask for our assistance, and we will be there with you as you do this most important inner work. All of us in Telos are very eager to assist all those who will reach out to us

in your heart. We are a civilization who has achieved great heart openings, and our vibration pulses with the Heart of the Divine Mother. Gradually, the deep-seated pains will be lifted and you will be much lighter. The clearing of this pain will also assist you in perceiving much more of who you really are. It will allow you to make giant leaps into your full spiritual, emotional and physical resurrection.

The New Day, the New World is just about to be born. Many of us have learned our lessons of Love and the New Lemuria, the lost paradise, is just about to unfold again. Lemuria, the part that remained faithful to the Light and Her sacred calling was lifted up to the 4th dimension at the time of the cataclysm. It was never really totally destroyed, only the 3rd dimensional aspect of it was. Lemuria continued to thrive and evolve to a fifth dimensional awareness to this day, and exists fully in the higher dimension. And Telos, our beloved Telos and all the wondrous people who live there, are our “Doorway” to this wondrous place.

There is a common belief among the surface population that Lemuria has been destroyed under the waves of the Pacific Ocean over 12,000 years ago, and that it no longer exists. In a third dimensional perspective, this is entirely true. The thermo-nuclear blast that destroyed most of our continent along with almost 300 million of our people, created a most painful devastation to the physical surface of this planet and its inhabitants than any one of you could possibly imagine. Almost overnight, in its final stage, the continent of Mu, our beloved Lemuria, who was considered by all the "Motherland", the cradle of civilizations for this planet, had vanished. The rest of the world was utterly stunned, mourning the loss. The pain of the lost of the Motherland was so great, that even today of your time, most of the people on this planet are still carrying this pain and the trauma deep seated in their cellular memory.

Many of you on the surface who have formerly perished in the blast have completely closed yourselves to the memory of your glorious Lemurian ancestry because, for you, the ending was so tragic and so painful. The purpose of the transmission of this information is to assist all of you who will read these words to start consciously to heal those records, first within yourself, and also for the planet. Mount Shasta is a most majestic mountain, part of the Cascade Mountain Range, located in Siskiyou County in Northern California about 45 miles from the Oregon border. Mount Shasta is the cone of an extinct volcano rising to a height of over 14,162 feet above sea level, and is one of the largest volcanic peaks in the continental United States.

Mt. Shasta is a very special place to say the least; it represents much more than just a mere mountain. Mt. Shasta can be considered as one of the most sacred places on this planet. The mountain is a mystic power source for this planet. It is a

focus for angels, spirit-guides, spaceships, masters from the Light Realm, and the home of the survivors of Ancient Lemuria, which sank under the waves of the Pacific Ocean a little over 12,000 years ago.

For those gifted with clairvoyant abilities, Mt. Shasta is embraced in a gigantic, etheric purple pyramid whose capstone reaches far beyond this planet into space, and connects us intergalactically to the Confederation of Planets for this sector of the Milky Way Galaxy. This awesome pyramid is also created as an inverted version of itself, reaching far down to the very core of the Earth. You can call Mt. Shasta the entry point of the Light-Grids of this planet, where most of the energy comes first from the galactic and universal core before it is disseminated to other mountains and into the grids. Most mountaintops, especially tall mountains, are Beacons of Light, feeding the light-grids of this planet.Strange lights and sounds are often seen or heard on the mountain.

Lenticular clouds, shadows and outstanding sunsets add to the mystical aura of the mountain. Several tunnels stretch far into the interior of this majestic mountain. Mt. Shasta is also the home of the present-day Lemurians, survivors of the sinking of the continent of Mu over 12,000 years ago. Yes, our Lemurian brothers and sisters are real; they are well and physically alive, living in the subterranean city of "Telos" beneath Mount Shasta.

Prior to the sinking of their continent, fully aware of the eventual destiny of their beloved continent, the ancient Lemurians, using their mastery of energy, crystals, sound and vibrations, hollowed out a vast underground city, with the intention of preserving their culture, their treasures, and their records of ancient Earth's history; history that has been lost since the sinking of Atlantis. Lemuria was once a vast continent, and larger than North America, connected to parts of California, Oregon, Nevada and Washington.

This large continent disappeared overnight into the Pacific Ocean over 12,000 years ago in a vast cataclysm. All inhabitants of the Earth at that time considered Lemuria, the land of Mu, their motherland, and there was much weeping on the Earth when that happened. About 25,000 Lemurians at that time were able to migrate into the interior of Mt. Shasta, the most important of their various administration centers, prior to the sinking of their Motherland. And beloveds, you who are reading this writing, know in your heart, that they have never left.

They are still here in tangible, physical, immortal bodies, totally unlimited, living a life of pure Heaven on Earth. American Indians believed that Mt. Shasta was of such immense grandeur, that its existence could only be attributed to the creation

of a very "Great Spirit". They also believed that an invisible race of little people, about four feet tall, lived along its slopes as Guardians. These wondrous little people, often referred to as "The Little People of Mt. Shasta", are also kind of physical, but not quite, and they are very often seen visually around the mountain. They are third dimensional beings like humans, but they live on a slightly higher level of the third dimension, such as third and one half level, and they have the ability to make themselves visible and invisible at will.

The reason they are not showing themselves physically to many people is because they have a collective fear of humans. At one time, when they were as physical as we are, and could not make themselves invisible at will, humans living at that time viciously maligned them. They became so fearful of humans, that they collectively asked the spiritual hierarchy of this planet for the dispensation to be elevated in their frequency, so that they could make themselves invisible at will, in order to be able to continue their evolution unharmed and in peace. There are also reports of the Bigfoot race of people being seen on some remote areas of Mt. Shasta, along with many other mysterious beings.

The Bigfoot people are now very few in numbers around the world and around Mt. Shasta. They are of average intelligence and possess a peaceful heart. They have also obtained the dispensation to be able to make themselves invisible at will to be able to avoid confrontation with us and thus, like the little people, avoid being harmed, mutilated and used as a slave race.Things have not changed so much on Earth in our days. We have not yet, as a species, understood that we are guests here on this planet. We are the guests of our gracious Mother Earth who has volunteered to provide a platform of evolution for the many kingdoms she has chosen to allow to be evolving here. Humans are only one of those kingdoms.

It was always intended and agreed at the beginning that all kingdoms would be honored, and be allowed to share this planet "equally". And it was that way for a very long time at the beginning. But for hundreds of thousands of years, humans have taken over, arrogantly thinking that they are the superior race, and that they have the right to control and manipulate other kingdoms that appear to be more vulnerable than they. Many of the species of the animal kingdom have also become invisible.

They are still here, but in a slightly higher frequency and thus, invisible to us. Where do you think that all those supposedly "extinct" species have gone? Many of them are extinct because they have made a collective choice to not interact with us any more. Those species of the animal kingdom, which are still here physically with us, are not always loved and honored by humans. Go into your

heart and explore how most of the animals are treated, used and abused by the supposedly "superior race".

Are all animals treated, honored and loved as beings of other kingdoms meant to share this planet with us "equally"? Think how so many whales, dolphins, cows, chickens, cats, dogs, horses, etc. etc. etc. have been and still are used. The list is endless, and could be the subject of several encyclopedias. (I know that this last paragraph will raise many eyebrows, but it needs to be said. Let's now continue with Mt. Shasta).Today, several spiritual groups surround the Mt. Shasta area.

Many truth seekers who have felt and heard in their heart the "Call of the Mountain" have moved into this area where they feel they have finally "come home". The dim memory of their far distant Lemurian ancestry is calling them back to a former point of origin.On a clear day, Mount Shasta stands as a white jewel and can be seen from at least 100 miles away. People who live nearby have remarkable stories about the 14,162-foot Cascade volcano.

The most remarkable stories are the legends about the mysterious people who live inside the mountain. They are said to be descendants of an ancient society from the lost continent of Lemuria, living deep inside the mountain in round houses, and enjoying unlimited health and wealth, and true brotherhood. They have preserved their ancient culture. The Lemurians living underground, beneath the mountain, are commonly described as graceful and tall - seven feet and up --with long, flowing hair. They dress in white robes and sandals, but they have also been seen in very colorful clothing. They are said to have long, slender necks and bodies, which they adorn with beautiful decorative collars made of beads or precious stones. They have evolved their sixth-sense, which enables them to communicate among themselves by extra-sensory perception.

They can also teleport and make themselves invisible at will. Their mother tongue is the Lemurian language, but they also speak an impeccable English with a slight British accent. They have chosen to learn English as a second language because they are situated in America where the people who live on their rooftop speak English as their main language. Dr. M. Doreal claimed years ago that he visited the Lemurians inside their mountain. He said that the space they came into was about two miles in height, about 20 miles long and 15 miles wide.

He wrote that the light inside the mountain was as bright as a summer day because suspended almost in the center of that great cavern of space was a giant glowing mass of light. Another man reported that he fell asleep on Mt. Shasta, to be awakened by a Lemurian who led him inside the mountain to his cave, which

was paved with gold. The Lemurian told the man that there were a series of tunnels left by volcanoes that were under the earth like freeways -- a world within a world.The Lemurians supposedly have mastered atomic energy, telepathic and clairvoyant skills, electronics and science as long as 18,000 years ago. They have technology that makes us surface dwellers, look as toddlers compared to them. They control most of their technology with their mind.

Back then, they knew how to propel boats using energy radiated from crystals. They had airships and flew them to Atlantis and other places. Today, they have a whole fleet of spaceships called the "Silver Fleet" with which they come in and out of the mountain and go out into space. They also have the ability to make their spaceships invisible and soundless to avoid being detected by the local and national military. Though they are third dimensional people in nature, they are able to shift their energy field into fourth and fifth dimension and become invisible at will within seconds. Many people report seeing strange lights on the mountain.

One explanation is that there are spacecrafts coming and going constantly from a spaceport deep within the mountain. Mt. Shasta is not only a home for the Lemurians, but it is also an inter-planetary and inter-galactic multi-dimensional portal. There is a huge etheric city of Light above Mt. Shasta called the Crystal City of the Seven Rays. At some point in our near future, hopefully within the next twelve to twenty years, this wondrous city of Light is destined to be lowered into our physical realm, and become the first city of Light to manifest tangibly on the surface of this planet.

In order for this to happen, the people who live here will have to match this vibration in their consciousness. You can easily visit the Mt. Shasta area without reading or hearing about Lemurians, but if you have some former connections with them, you may be blessed with some revelations. Mt. Shasta draws visitors from all over the world, some seeking spiritual insight, others seek to glory in the beauty and natural wonders that "mother nature" has to offer here in this unique alpine region.Everyone loves a mystery, especially a mystery about Mt. Shasta.

There have been many fascinating myths and legends written about this northern California giant, and the solitary mountain simply slumbers on, her secrets intact. But ever so often, another mysterious story surfaces, new casts of characters emerge and attention is centered once more on the mystic mountain. That's the way it has been for years and probably will always be.

Mt. Shasta has a tendency to reveal "herself" only to those who honor life, honor themselves for whom they truly are, honor the Earth, and honor all other

kingdoms sharing this planet.

Another story about Mt. Shasta!

The leading character in the following story is a baffling man by the name of J.C. Brown who, in 1904, was employed with the Lord Cowdray Mining Company of London, England. He was hired to prospect for precious metals in this gold-bearing region, and while here, he ran onto a section of rock in the face of a cliff which didn't seem to match the surrounding formation. While examining the curious stone, he noticed it blocked the entrance to what appeared to be a cave. Brown, a geologist, thought the entire scene was unnatural and began to dig out the mouth of the cave, which was full of debris and vegetation. He began to see that it was not a small cave and after much digging found himself in a tunnel which curved downward into the mountain. Equipped with lanterns and miner's paraphernalia he set out to explore.

"Three miles from the mouth of the tunnel I struck a cross-section containing gold-bearing ore and farther on, I struck another cross-section where an ancient race apparently had mined copper," he said later. He believed the other cross-sections outcropped on some other part of the mountain. The decline continued approximately 11 miles inside the mountain to where he found what he called "The Village Blets", where many rooms and chambers were found.The rooms were literally full of various plates, all inscribed neatly. The walls were lined with tempered copper and hung with shields and wall-pieces made of gold. Some of the golden plates he found were engraved with certain drawings and hieroglyphics. Rooms opened into other chambers, one of which appeared to have been a place of worship.

In addition, there were 13 statues made of copper and gold and a large sun design from which protruded golden streamers. The way the objects were strewn about, he had the feeling the occupants of the underground village had left on the spur of the moment. And then he came upon a macabre scene - in one chamber he counted 27 skeletons, the smallest of which was 6'6" and the largest stretching out more than 10 feet. Two of the bodies were mummified, each clad in colorful, ornate robes. Brown spent many days exploring, studying the hieroglyphics, and indelibly imprinting them in his mind.

He was excited about this great archaeological find and decided to leave the tunnel and its contents exactly as he had found them. He would return, he thought. But first, he cleverly concealed the entrance of the tunnel and marked on his map exactly were it was on the mountain.The next three decades, those

spanning 1904-1934, Brown's activities seem to be shrouded in mystery, but it is known that he studied the literature and philosophy pertaining to the lost continent of Mu and the lost Lemurian civilization, among other lore of prehistoric races. Years of study and comparison of the hieroglyphics and pictographs he had found in the tunnel convinced him that they were, indeed, records of the Lemurian race. And so, after 30 long years, Brown surfaced.

He decided that the glory of those Lemurians and the golden artifacts still hanging untouched in the cavern of the mountain should be shared with others. In 1934, at the age of 79, Brown appeared in Stockton, California. His idea was to organize a group of people interested in accompanying him, at his expense to Mt. Shasta, and once there, they would explore further the ancient tunnel he had found in 1904.Eighty eager Stockton residents, including a newspaper editor, a museum curator, a retired printer, several scientists, and other solid citizens formed a group to investigate the tunnel with J.C. Brown.

They met nightly for six weeks to plan the expedition, and also to listen to Brown's fabulous tales of lost continents, hieroglyphics, and the enticing descriptions of the treasure, which seemed to be just within their grasp. Some even gave up their jobs and some sold much of their personal property during those six weeks, so certain were they that their lives would be altered and enriched after their remarkable discoveries. The editor and the curator questioned Brown closely, going over and over the details of his bizarre story.

Brown disclosed that he had spent much of the previous thirty years searching for ancient records pertaining to the Lemurians, and his mental pictures of the hieroglyphics in the tunnel village had convinced him that he had found the lost link in the story of civilization. And he told them he believed the golden antiquities he had found were those of the Lemurians or their descendants. Brown even promised to provide a yacht to transport the group as far north as they could go by water.

They would leave on June 19th at 1:00 p.m. The day dawned clear and beautiful, and 80 Stockton citizens were waiting at the designated time for their leader to appear. They had met the evening before in order to consummate the final details, after which J.C. Brown bid them adieu until the next afternoon. However, Brown was never seen again by any of the group, and what happened to him is anybody's guess. The members of the group feared for his life, as he had previously mentioned that he had once been kidnapped by people who do not want this information out, (usually government agencies); and that he had barely escaped with his life.

They called in the Stockton police, but no trace of the man was found. He had completely disappeared. But the 80 persons who waited in vain for him that June day believed the authenticity of his story and they believe in the existence of the vast tunnel in Mt. Shasta filled with golden artifacts.Unfortunately, J.C. Brown had never revealed the exact location of the secret tunnel in the mountain, and it is highly probable that these treasures of a prehistoric era will never again delight the eyes of another human. Wreathed in clouds and mist and sealed throughout the ages in ice and snow, Mt. Shasta keeps her secrets to herself, as always.

There are numerous accounts and sightings suggesting that an ancient race that utilizes high technology now resides in the bowels of Mt. Shasta in the Cascade Range of northern California. According to researcher William F. Hamilton, who claims to have met representatives of this society, the inhabitants of the subterranean 'city of Telos' underneath Mt. Shasta are usually tall, blue-eyed blonds who number in excess of over one-and-a-half million in their large 5-leveled, 20-mile long underground city. Mt. Shasta has been a major site for UFO contacts for decades. These accounts are so well known that many of the travel guides to the Shasta area mention the legends of the ancient people who are said to dwell within this ancient volcanic peak.

"I run across some fascinating people in the course of my investigations, said Mr. Hamilton, who tell me many unusual stories. While on the trail for reports of UFO base locations, I met a young, very pretty blonde girl with almond-shaped eyes and small perfect teeth, whose name is Bonnie. Bonnie told me an incredible story, and has related a volume of interesting information. Bonnie is sincere, cheerful, and rational. She says she was born in 1951 in a city called TELOS that was built inside an artificial dome-shaped cavern in the Earth a mile or so beneath Mt. Shasta."Bonnie, her mother (Rana Mu), her father (Ra Mu), her sister Judy, her cousins Lorae and Matox, live and move in our society, returning frequently to TELOS for rest and recuperation.

Bonnie relates that her people use boring machines to bore tunnels in the Earth. These boring machines heat the rock to incandescence, and then vitrify it, thus eliminating the need for beams and supports. A tube transit tunnel is used to connect the cities that exist in various subterranean regions in our hemisphere. The tube trains are propelled by electromagnetic impulses up to speeds of 2500 mph. One tube connects with one of their cities in the Matto Grosso jungle of Brazil". "They grow food hydroponically under full-spectrum lighting with their gardens attended by automatons. The food and resources of Telos are distributed in plenty to the million-and- a-half population that thrives on a no-money

economy".

"I met Bonnie's cousin, Matox, who, like her, is a strict vegetarian and holds the same attitudes concerning the motives of the U.S. government. "Your government is constantly guarding against unusual discoveries", he said. The Lemurians' advanced awareness and technology assist them to remain vigilant and unnoticed"."Science Fiction? "Bonnie is a real person", said Mr. Hamilton. "Many have met her. Is she perpetrating a hoax? And for what motive? She does not seek publicity and I had a devil of a time getting her to meetings to talk with others, but she has done so.

There has been little variation in her story and her answers in the past three years. She has given me excellent technical insight on the construction of a crystal-powered generator that extracts ambient energy. Bonnie's father, Ra Mu, is 300 years old and a member of the ruling council of Telos"."Many tunnels are unsafe and closed off. All tube transit tunnels are protected and are designed to eject uninvited guests.

Does Bonnie have the answers that we are looking for? I don't know... Bonnie says she would like to satisfy our needs for proof and will work with me on a satisfactory answer to that problem, but she is unconcerned with whether people accept her or not. Bonnie is humorous, easy-going and well poised, yet sometimes she becomes brooding and mysterious". When Bill Hamilton asked "Bonnie" to elaborate about the power-sources which her people utilize to propel the so-called "flying saucer" crafts, she replied: "A lot of it is crystal generated, particularly the atmospheric vehicles.

An Ion-Mercury engine drives the planet-to-planet vehicles. Spaceships can reach speeds way beyond light -- they can enter hyper space, which means you generate into the fourth dimension. This is controlled by an on-board computer that takes you into and out of hyper space," she continues. "I know this is a simplification. When you are on a ship going into hyper space, you will hear this vibration, and a loud screaming sound when you enter, then you will hear nothing..."

Bonnie speaks about her home, Telos, a city built a mile or so beneath Mt. Shasta, CA. "This city was constructed just prior to the termination of the Lemurian continent. When the scientists and priests of Lemuria realized their continent was about to sink, they petitioned a group called the Agharta Network, which controlled all the subterranean cities. They asked permission to build their own city underneath Mt. Shasta. There was an original set of caves there.

A while ago, I was asked to describe, as well as I could, some of the reasons the people of the Inner Earth, or the various civilizations living in the hundreds of underground cities have chosen to live in this manner, and still choose it to this day.

Over twelve thousand years ago, when the continent of Lemuria sank beneath the waves of the Pacific Ocean, about 25,000 Lemurians, part of those who escaped and survived, went to live underground, underneath Mt. Shasta, to the city they named Telos. The project of building this underground city was started several centuries prior to the sinking of the continent. The Lemurians and the Atlanteans knew for a few thousands of years ahead that their continents were doomed to eventually sink, and they painfully prepared for it. Telos was prepared to save 200,000 people but only 25,000 actually made it on time to the underground city before the land sank underneath the waves.

At the time, this was a very painful and challenging direction they chose to make for the sake of saving their lives, saving most ancient records and treasures, and be able to continue their evolution peacefully, without the burden of the tremendous negativity and wars that were destroying the surface of the planet andits people.

After the sinking of Lemuria, and then Atlantis, a few hundred years later, the shock to the planet was so great, that the Earth shook for almost two thousand years. For 300 hundred years, the debris floating around the planet were so dense, that it greatly dimmed the light of the sun to the point that it became very cold on the planet. Plant and animal life became rather scarce, and the growing of food very difficult. Life on Earth became almost unbearable for the longest time,

and so difficult, that a large population of people who remained on the surface eventually died.

For 200 years, earthquakes were constantly so violent, that large segments of the surface liquefied as clay, and formed a sea of mud, engulfing whole cities overnight, all over the planet. Tidal waves were so large that they went as far as 1,000 miles inland, destroying everything in their way. The cities that were not engulfed by the sea of mud or by the tidal waves, eventually shook to rubble by centuries of constant shaking. Hunger and diseases were rampant everywhere. There are places that survived, yes, like Egypt for example, because they were aware that these cataclysms were going to happen, and they had the wisdom to start building their cities accordingly ahead of time. But for most, it was the desolation of almost total destruction in most areas on the planet. It was easier at the time to live underground than it was to try to make it on the surface.

Those who went underground, the survivors of these cataclysms, were able to gradually, little by little, develop a way of life underground that was far superior and wondrous than what surface people were subjected to. At the time, various bands of marauding extraterrestrials came to dominate and prey on the people of Earth who were struggling to survive as peacefully as they could. The extraterrestrials were not the only ones who caused a lot of negativity on this planet. The majority of the people of Earth themselves had fallen into a very low level of spiritual denial. They were also warring and preying viciously among themselves. Love, compassion and true brotherhood had become something of the past, forgotten by most people of Earth´s population. Mankind, in many areas, regressed to the level of cavemen and warring savages.

Ever since, people of Earth have never stop completely warring against each other. There has been eras of peace and love, but they never lasted very long. There were always those who came to disturb it, and put an end to it through attacks and destruction. Even today, at the very dawn of a new permanent golden age on this planet, there are many who still live in the consciousness of fear, violence, enemies, control of others, manipulation, wars, intolerance, taxation imposition, deception, greed, etc. One needs only read a newspaper or watch the news to relate to what I am writing about here.

Those of the Lemurians who were committed to their spiritual evolution, and who desired to remain faithful to their heritage of peace, love and brotherhood found it easier to live underground than to be subjected to the harshness that existed on the surface. It is that simple of an explanation.It was not only harshness of the weather that made life difficult on the surface, but also the harshness of how

humanity had come to treat each other.

I am sure there must have been a long period of adaptation for those who went underground to live. One must understand that it was out of necessity, rather than an enjoyable choice that originally forced the Lemurians and other underground dwellers to select to live inside the Earth. By doing so, they also joined and received some assistance from those beings from the Inner Earth who had been living underground for much longer periods time; for some, hundreds of thousands of years, who had vacated the surface to live underground for very similar reasons in other eras of Earth´s history.

Following the sinking of the continents, people of Earth did not learn their lessons well, and many continued in their ways of darkness, greed, control and warring. When the continent of Atlantis sank under the waves of the Atlantic ocean, it is my understanding that the disturbances caused to the body of the Earth was even greater than the disturbances caused by the sinking of Lemuria. The story of "Great Flood" that the bible talks about is really one of the phases we know of the sinking of Atlantis.

Life underground had much more security, stability and peace to offer then than life on the surface. Until today, this fact has remained the same. We, on the surface, are still living in duality, and the Inner Earth people have evolved to a level that we can hardly conceive with our human mind. The underground population, in general, has reached such a high degree of spiritual development that they have truly reached an ascended master consciousness, and our ways of life on the surface is not at all enticing to them. I can venture to say that they want to have nothing to do with the way we live. To them, it is too primitive!

They have learned the total mastery of energy in every aspect of their lives. They have conquered the decay of disease and death by succeeding to immortalize their physical bodies. They can maintain youthful bodies for thousands upon thousands of years without any sign of aging. They control their weather by their constant harmonious thoughts. Erratic weather patterns on the surface are caused by nothing else than the erratic emotional patterns of the people on the surface. I don´t care what our scientists tell us, the elements of nature manifested by weather patterns, pleasant or not, is another facet of Life that mirrors mankind´s proper use or misuse of energy.

If we want to control the weather to our advantage, there is only one way! As a race, we need to learn to control our thoughts, our emotions and practice unconditional love towards every particle of life on this planet. The day we learn to

keep our thoughts and emotions on the vibration of Love, Light, Joy and Brotherhood, we will assure for ourselves perfect weather without the need of interference from our manipulative governments.

The "underground" people have understood this principle a long time ago. In the subterranean cities, since everyone lives their lives only to the precepts of Love and true Brotherhood, they enjoy perfect weather every day of their lives. The weather remains for them like a constant spring, an even temperature of around 70 to 75 degrees all year round.

We need to start perceiving that the kind of weather we are getting on this planet, as a barometer of the thoughts and emotions the mass consciousness holds. The extreme hot and cold weathers are very good indicators of the extreme negative thoughts and feelings of humanity in general. When all of humanity returns to the ways of love, we will create the kind of balanced weather we want. The weather on this planet, controlled by the elements of nature, represents nothing more than a giant mirror of the emotions and thought forms of the people living here.

In the subterranean cities, there are those who have evolved to a fifth dimension consciousness and those who have evolved to a fourth dimension consciousness, while retaining an immortalized body that is totally free of the human limitations we are still subjected to on the surface. All of them live in a kind of wondrous paradise they have forged for themselves over the thousands of years they have lived underground. Our ways of life here is very far remote from theirs. They consider us still very primitive in our ways of living, we way we structure of our societies, our governments, our legal system, our educational system and our healing modalities with the cut, burn, and poison system, etc.

Comparing to them, we, on the surface, are like toddlers still in diapers or savages in the jungle. They do not judge us, they still see us as their brothers and sisters; but they are certainly not interested to partake our ways of life. When we are ready to listen to them, accept them as our teachers without killing them, when we are ready to integrate their ways of life, they will come out to help us build for ourselves on the surface, the wondrous type of life they have forged for themselves inside the Earth.

"The day of their emergence to the surface will bring our liberation". They will teach us how to forge for ourselves a golden age of love, prosperity for all, immortality, true brotherhood they have built for themselves eons ago in their underground paradises. But until we willingly move into harmlessness for all kingdoms of Earth, they will not come.

Inside the Earth, the subterranean people live in houses that seem like very luxurious palaces comparing to ours on the surface. Wealth is unlimited for all. There is no money system, but a very effective barter system. There is no taxation of any kind, no I.R.S., no banking system, no credit card system, no realtors, no mortgage companies, no hospitals, no doctors because no one ever gets sick, no lawyers, no law enforcement officers, no labor unions, no prison nor mental institutions. There are no retirement homes because no one ever gets old, all can maintain perfect health, youth and vitality for thousands of years, until they chose to move into their next calling somewhere else.

Everyone is given one of those palaces to live in when they reach adulthood or start a family of their own. No one ever has to buy anything. They can acquire anything they want just by going to their various distribution centers and get it, just by the asking. Food is distributed fresh and wholesome daily in various distribution centers and everyone takes what they need. The food is “free”, fresh, totally organic with a high concentration of life giving minerals, vitamins, enzymes, oxygen, etc. that keep their bodies in such outstanding conditions. They would never think of poisoning their foods with an endless list of toxic chemicals to enhance growing or before they eat it like we do here on the surface.

They must really think we are suffering from some kind of insanity or we are very backward to poison our soil the way we do, pollute our water systems, then our food with the 10,000 various kinds of toxic chemicals the food industry uses to give our food a better look and a longer shelf life. Our food must looks almost like rat poison to them, and they told me that they would not consider eating it. No wonder most of us suffer from one kind of ailment or the other!

In the subterranean cities, everyone works approximately 20 hours a week for the benefit of all. They are, for most, community projects oriented to keep the communities or cities running smoothly. All work is considered “equal” and “sacred”. On the same token, no one has to pay to acquire anything they want or need. Everything is free. Since their lives is absolutely stress free and they choose their work, everyone enjoys their work. All work is performed with love and with a high standard of excellence. They work in teams for most projects and since they are very harmonious among themselves, their work time is considered a lot of fun and very fulfilling. Everyone has a lot of free time to develop their own personal talents, their hobbies, their personal studies of interest and their favorite pass times.

In the subterranean cities, people are mostly vegetarians. The Lemurians under

Mt. Shasta are totally vegetarians. No one eats any other, including the animals. All animals are also vegetarians, including the lions, tigers, panthers, etc. Because there is not the violence of the killing of the animal kingdom underground, their land is pure and very blessed. In Telos, they need only seven acres of land to feed one and one half million Telosians.

I could go on and on as to why people who live underground have no desire to live on the surface. Until our consciousness evolves in a more positive direction, or perhaps until we get out of our “diapers” and start acting like mature, evolved humans, honor the Earth and Her many kingdoms, until we become more responsible stewards for our Sacred Earth, our platform of evolution, and stop trashing Her body, until we stop killing each other and slaughtering our animals, we are continuing to be seen, not only by the various underground civilizations, but also by the numerous other inter-galactic civilizations, as primitive, unreliable, unpredictable and not safe to be around.

Need I say more? Myself, if I could move underground today and partake the kind of life the people enjoy inside the Earth, I would do so without hesitation and without regret. I also know the many who would come with me in a moment, so much are we longing for peace and true brotherhood.

Wake up, people of Earth´s surface. Together, let´s all join hands to create for ourselves this wondrous paradise all of us have been longing for, for so very long. Today, let us all embrace harmlessness, kindness, love, compassion, brotherhood, forgiveness for each other, for all beings of the animal kingdom, and for all of Earth´s other kingdoms. Let us start to do it right now, and in each moment of every day to come. Let us create a new beginning and prove ourselves worthy and ready to be physically trained by our “underground” brothers and sisters. Let us join with them in spirit in our daily prayers, and soon in bodies, that together, we can forge a new civilization of human beings on this planet who will equal the attainment and mastery that our brothers and sisters living underground have reached. Let us do it…now and know that if we all bind together to do it, very quickly, our two civilizations will unite again "physically", in a grand celebration of Love and Light.

You are now being prepared, dear ones, to learn the dynamics of how you will be functioning in the fourth and fifth dimension. In the higher realms, we no longer function so much as separate individuals. All we do is done more at group level, so to speak. It is no longer so much "I did this and I did that". It is more like "we did this and we did that" as a group, together. This is your next step, beloveds, to learn to function as group awareness, in total oneness, love and harmony, while retaining your individuality as a soul.

In the fifth dimension you create instantly by your thoughts. If your thoughts and feelings are not loving and harmonious at all time, you will be creating havoc in that dimension, and know that it simply will not be tolerated. If this happens, you will be sent back to the fourth or third dimension once again, whatever will be the case, until you learn to control your thoughts and feelings, and master the full curriculum of those dimensions. This should give you a clue as to why so many of you are still here in the third dimension. Some of you are here physically on Earth right now because you have volunteered to come and help the Earth during Her transition, while others are still here because they have not yet applied themselves enough to master the curriculum of Earth to a sufficient degree to qualified to move on to the next level.

The fourth dimension is the place where the last stage of learning of this mastery will take place for many of you in the next 10 to 12 years ahead. The sooner you are able to master your thoughts and feelings and open your hearts to unconditional love, the sooner you will be able to personally climb this spiritual ladder, as you yearn to move on to the higher realms of those dimensions. Each one of the higher dimensions has seven levels of learning and initiation; each level will have to be mastered before moving on to the next. This means that as souls, some of you will make it to the fifth dimension sooner, while others will linger on for a very long time. It is all a question of the choices you are making in the every now moments of your daily life.

Learning group dynamics and learning to master group work with set intentions and total harmony and co-operation with each other now, while still on the third level, will give you a headstart in your near cosmic future. Anyone trying to create separation because of human opinions, right or wrong, it does not matter, may very well be creating for themselves a situation that will cause them to be held back, at least temporarily, in their climb to the top. This principle applies to all groups, not only to spiritual groups.

By those words, I just cracked open the door, beloved ones, to give you a glimpse of part of the curriculum you will have to learn and master while transitioning into

the fourth dimension, on your way to the fifth. Although the Earth is scheduled to ascend to the fifth dimension by 2012 by your present way of calculating time, I tell you it may happen sooner. It does not mean that all of humanity will follow immediately and automatically. Those who have not mastered the curriculum on all levels of the third and fourth dimension will be held back until they do, or will have to reincarnate on another third dimensional Earth situated in a parallel universe. There will be several optional places to go to for those souls who are not choosing to move on at this time, and for those who will not qualify to make it into the ascension spiral. Many souls from Earth have al-ready been incarnating on those optional places in the past 20 years.

There is a misconception among many people on Earth that when the planet ascends to the fifth dimension, all of humanity will ascend with Her "unconditionally". Many erroneously think that they will ride the wave of ascension with Mother Earth on an automatic pilot without sufficient preparations, without dealing with their psychological and emotional issues, and without having to walk the path of initiation that everyone else has to master. Although the opportunity for ascension is being offered to everyone on Earth "unconditionally" at this time, none can skip the various steps to get there. None will make it to the top without first getting rid of their human baggage and past each level of initiation that takes you to this glorious goal.

Granted that the path of initiation has never been made to easy, the ascension doors have never been opened so wide, the Earth has never received so much assistance, and you, beloveds, have never received so much grace. The grace that is offered to you at this time is of a magnitude so great that only in your cosmic future will you be able to understand the full impact of it. This grace of such great compassion that is offered now to humanity does not mean that the path of initiation is scrambled.

There is no short cut to this ascension door; all initiations will have to be mastered one by one. The grace that is offered on the planet now, and in the months and years to come, will soften your path and will shorten your walk. How much shorter will your walk be? It will be different for each one according to their ability and willingness to open their heart to Unconditional Love and their application of the Laws of Life.

Because abuse of power and distortions of divine principles by governments and religious leaders, and in practically all walks of life, have been so rampant on Earth for so very long, many of you live with a passionate desire to experience freedom from control and manipulation, from application of a distorted system of

hierarchy. A great majority of you is now completely turned off to the idea of hierarchy of any kind, even spiritual hierarchy. Because your hearts are still in pain over this long-term abuse, it is very understandable from our viewpoint.

Nevertheless, on the higher realms, a system of spiritual hierarchy does exists, and it is this very system that keeps the Universe and all of God's creation functioning in divine order. Your denial of it, your refusal to admit that hierarchy exits on the higher realms will not change it. I desire to remind you that on the higher realms, we function with a system of hierarchy based "only on pure Love" and for the greatest good of all; and this is most wondrous, dear ones.

In the time to come, this system of hierarchy will be implemented on Earth as well; it simply cannot be otherwise. It will be benevolent and will be based on Love and Divine principles. The ones that will rule, will rule only because of their divine rights to rule. The level of spiritual attainment, love and mastery they have attained will earn these rights. A system of hierarchy based on divine principles is not designed to deprive you of your powers by all means. On the contrary, it will serve to enhance your divinity and your powers to great heights.

I ask you to let go of your misconceptions and fears concerning spiritual hierarchy. We perceive that many lightworkers are almost making vows to reject any kind of authority. On the higher dimensions, all of us, including you, and who you are on the other side of the veil, all of creation, from the tiniest insect to the highest level of the Godhead functions on a system of hierarchy. When you move to your next level, you will find that you will be working and studying in groups. Each group is always sponsored by a member of a higher echelon on the ladder of evolution. This does not mean that one is superior to the other. Ultimately all is one, and none is better than the other. It simply means that one has attained sooner than you what you are striving for, and is willing to be your mentor in attaining your goals.

On the same token, as you take classes and work under those who have attained sooner than you did, you will also be responsible to be in a position of hierarchy or mentor for a certain group of souls who have not yet attained the same level you have, and it will be with great joy and a feeling of fulfillment that you will work with them. The ladder of evolution and attainment is earned through "service" to life. This is one of the mysteries of this great chain on Life. This is why we are always so willing and in joy to be of assistance to all of you.

There is what you call "free will" on the higher dimensions. There is also a greater sense of freedom than ex-perienced on Earth, yes. But know that there is no free

will or liberty when it comes to the freedom of misusing energy with negativity as it has been permitted to create and experience on Earth for so very long. I ask you, dear ones, to start practicing now what is required to attain your mastery. The payoff is very much worth it.

In Telos, we have many species of animals that we saved from extinction. When we knew that our continent was going to be destroyed, and we built our underground city to preserve our lives and all ancient records of our civilization, we also saved a few of every species of animals that were in existence at the time. In this regard, we can be compared as an earlier, but much more extensive version of the biblical story of Noah who saved in the Arch two members of each species. Most of these species are still alive and in our care to this day, except for those who have chosen as a species to return to their place of origin.

The demise of Lemuria happened at least 1500 years prior to the sinking of Atlantis, and the number of species we saved was much larger, by far, in number than the one recorded in your bible history as the final sinking of Atlantis. At the time of the sinking of Atlantis, many of the species of animals present prior to the destruction of our continent were already extinct from the surface.

We say to you that animals embody again and again, just like you do. Their embodiments are always extensions of a much larger whole. All of us, including the animals, are extensions of a vast Being of Light, so vast and so wondrous, that you will stand in absolute wonderment the day you open up to the understanding of your true Divinity. It is referred to as the concept of multi-dimensionality, a concept that remains very difficult to be fully comprehended by the limitations of a third-dimensional mind.

God in his great Love and Nature of constantly creating is forever extending and expanding Himself in a wider and wider spectrum of various manifestations. The animal kingdom is just one among many of these infinite expansions. All are part of God, dear ones, ALL. When you allow yourself to hurt one part of Life (God) you are hurting the whole, including yourself.

On the Inner Planes, all animals have great intelligence, and they are very different than you could ever imagine in your current awareness. Some of them rule worlds and planets. Animals live in many dimensions. All animals have an over-soul or a higher-self just like all humans do, but it is of a slightly different nature. The difference is that they are created to be part of another kingdom than you are. Thus, they are also extensions of a much larger body of consciousness, another aspect of Divinity.

Consciousness extends itself from the highest levels of the Godhead to the lowest level of the first dimension of the rocks and minerals. All are God in various expressions. The higher the dimension, the greater is the understanding of Love and the more expanded the awareness. Animals are sharing your planet with you because, just like you, they have chosen to come here to have a third-dimensional experience. They have also come as helpers and teachers to assist mankind in ways you do not yet understand. Because they chose to come in a body that is different than yours, it does not make them inferior to you.

Even if they were, there is no moral and spiritual justification for the way so many animals are presently being treated on the Earth's surface. Their bodies are just an overtone lower than yours in your third-dimensional expression. Let's be clear on that. There is not the difference you have been led to believe for so very long. Many humans on the surface have used this excuse as a passport for animal exploitation.

In your limited understanding, you have allowed yourself to see many species of animals become commodities for selfish means or for profit. We say this is not what or who they are. The golden rule needs to be applied for all sentient beings, not just for the human kingdom. If you wish to move forward on the platform of your own evolution, you can achieve it only by according unconditional love in words, thoughts, feelings and deeds toward all life forms and all kingdoms living on this planet.

Love is the only key. There is none other. There is not a speck of creation that has not manifested through love. Thus, there is not a speck of creation that you can choose "not to love" if you wish to move forward. In the spirit world, animals function from the fourth and fifth-dimensional levels. They are all connected to a higher body of Light. All humans are also connected to their own Higher-Selves, referred to as their "I AM Presence," existing in higher dimensions and also living in the heart of each one.

The Higher-Self of your being, your own God-Self, is a glorious, great intelligent, powerful being of unlimited perfection and splendor. This is really who you truly are. Your third-dimensional life on Earth reflects only a very small portion of the Divinity of who you truly are. In creation and in the Higher Realms, there is no such thing as lesser, lower, better than, not so good as, etc. These are all labels of limited human awareness. All are equally loved, and considered as expressions of God in constant motion (evolution). There is a difference between you and the animals, but it is not what you have been led to believe. My friends, in the subterranean cities, we have much respect for animals and we consider them as our younger brothers and sisters on the ladder of evolution. We treat them with the same consideration we would like to receive for ourselves.

Let's say that in a human family, for example, there are 10 children. Would you say that the younger ones are inferior to the older ones just because they have less life experience, and do not yet know as much as the older ones? Would you say that the younger ones are not deserving to be treated with as much love and consideration because they were born later than you and can be rightfully abused, just because they are not yet as developed as the older ones?

I would think not, because you know very well that in a few years they will catch up. So it is, my friends, with the animals. In the hierarchy or family of the body of the One God, the animals who share our planet are the younger members. It is my expectation that you will understand the point I am trying to make. Everything in creation has consciousness, from the greatest to the smallest. Ultimately, all are considered equal.

As I mentioned before, we have in our care in Telos a large number of species of animals that have been extinct from Earth's surface for a very long time. Other civilizations who have been underground longer than we have also hold in their care a large number of animal species who have been extinct from the surface much longer. We have many species of cats of all sizes. Their sizes vary between five to six pounds to several hundred pounds. We have species of dogs and horses who are more evolved than the ones you know on the surface, and who will bring you much delight when they will eventually be allowed to emerge among you.

Most of our animals are larger than the ones you now have. For example, many of the big cats are almost twice the size of the ones on the surface. Many horses are larger, but some have retained a size that you will really be able to enjoy.

Our animals are very dear to us. Be assured that they will not be released into

your hands until violence is totally eliminated from your world.

* All of our animals are gentle and have never been exposed to negativity or violence of any sort. Anyone can walk up to any of them in total safety, and cuddle with them. * None of our animals have any fear of humans, neither do they kill nor eat each other. They are all vegetarians. * Our animals have never been hunted or caged. They are allowed to live their full lifespan, which is much longer than surface animals.

Be assured that we will not take the chance of releasing any of them to the surface civilizations as long as there is the slightest possibility for any of them to be hurt or receive less love than they are accustomed to be receiving here. We recognize the unique intelligence each species of animal comes with, and we have no need ever to try bringing them into any level of submission. They are docile and willing to please. Telepathic communication is all that is needed for us to have total cooperation with them.

On behalf of all civilizations of the Earth Within, I say to you that it is with great joy and anticipation that we will watch all of you, our dear brothers and sisters, open your minds and hearts to the animal kingdom and start changing the way you have been perceiving and treating them. We send you our Love, our Light and our Friendship. We are very much looking forward to the time of our emergence to the surface, to be once again with you, to shake your hands and to teach you what we have learned from living for thousands of years in the vibration of Love, Peace and Brotherhood without the interference of wars, control, greed, fear, manipulation and endless bureaucracy.

The time is soon at hand for our two civilizations to unite in the spirit of a grand cosmic family after thousands of years of physical separation. When we emerge from our subterranean abodes, through a maze of tunnels leading to every country and city of the planet, it will be a time of great rejoicing for all those who will open their hearts and minds to receive us.

It will be for the "deliverance" of your struggles, pains and sorrows. Our intentions will be to help you create the kind of life you have been longing for so very long. Together, we will forge a very bright future for all of us, citizens of the New Earth. It will be a win-win situation for all. We are your senior brothers and sisters, and we love you all very dearly.

On the inner plane, we are hearing your call, "When can we come to visit Telos"? "When will the doors of Telos be opened to surface dwellers"?

Beloved ones, we want to share with you that your long wait is almost over. We foresee that approximately within 5 years from now, we will start inviting small groups of surface dwellers to come for a visit. We would like you to experience what can be accomplished on the surface when the majority of the surface population adopts our way of life. You will acquire a totally new perspective of how wonderful life on this planet can become if lived according to divine principles and true brotherhood.

It is important for you to realize that at first and for quite some time, the visitations will be made by personal invitations only. Do not be concerned how these invitations will come about, when your turn to be "on the list" comes, we will have many avenues to make our invitation known to you, no matter where you live. Because we live in a fifth dimensional awareness and perfection while maintaining a level of physicality, we have a rather strict code of entry that all those who will be invited will have to meet first.

Be assured that your personal invitation will not be forthcoming until you meet the requirements of that code of entry. To explain in detail the full implication of our requirements is not the purpose of this message. Nevertheless, let me give you a general overview of what will be required.

First of all, only those who have attained close to a 5th dimensional awareness in their consciousness will be qualified. This means that they will have to embrace unconditional love for Self and for others as well as for all parts of life and all kingdoms. The duality consciousness will have to be unified at least to a 90% degree. The way of harmlessness will have to be embraced in every area of your

life. I leave it up to you to probe into your heart as to what this all means. This is your homework dear ones. It will lead you to Selfdiscovery, to the wonders of who you really are that have eluded you for so very long.

Secondly, you will have to clear and heal your emotional body of all negativity, past and present. This means that all past records of pain, anger, grief, guilt, sorrows, trauma, shame, addictions, hopelessness, low selfesteem, negative imprints, miasms, etc, will have to be embraced and released from your subconscious mind, solar plexus and emotional body. Because the high energy frequency vibration of Telos, any emotions or thoughtform outpicturing less than divine love would be amplified over a thousand times in your mind and feeling. We know that unless you have diligently cleared those records, this could be traumatic and it would not be possible for you to stay in our vibration for more than a few minutes.

Thirdly, only those who have completed their seventh spiritual initiation will be eligible for our codes of entry. On this planet, the Office of the Christ under Lord Maitreya and Lord Sananda, (known as your beloved Jesus in his earth ministry 2000 years ago), is the place where you can apply to receive these initiations on the inner planes. Most of you are not consciously aware that these initiations take place on the inner planes but nevertheless, they are taking place by how you live your daily life and unfold your consciousness regarding all aspects of your life.

Passing those initiations and moving on to ascension and spiritual freedom has been the goal of all your many life times on this planet and that goal has eluded you, seemingly for thousands of years. The seventh initiation is certainly not the end of your evolution on this planet, but our codes of entry require for the candidate to come to Telos that he/she has attained at least that level. With the new dispensations these initiations can be completed faster now than ever before in the history of earth's evolution. What used to take thousands of years to achieve, you can now accomplish, if you choose, within the next 5 years.

For each specification we have just mentioned there are many more ramifications. It is not our desire to make you feel that these goals are unattainable and leave you hopeless. We know that you can all do this in the required time. There are several thousand people on this planet who have already reached these levels of initiations and beyond in the last few years. You may find them among some of the people you meet daily in your entourage. It is not necessarily obvious. Those who have attained and know it, usually keep this information to themselves. Many more are constantly adding to the ranks of those who are achieving. We mention these requirements to you because there are many of you who are already

familiar with us but are not aware that there are codes of entry to come to Telos. Everyone who enters our doors, no matter who they are and where they come from, need to meet the level of spiritual development needed to be introduced to a fifth dimensional vibration.

As you diligently do your spiritual work and gain momentum on your path of ascension, you will soon come much closer to these goals. As you open your heart to love, you will find that they are much easier to attain than the difficult situations in your lives you have been experiencing. The refinement that these initiations will bring to your consciousness will open the doors for you not only of Telos, but also of the New Lemuria, places of magic and wonders.

Remember always that Love is the key, dear ones. Love will open all doors to you as you start embodying that Love that you are and quickly propel yourself on the highest level of your pathway to your limitless spiritual freedom. Many of you are wondering about how we view our romantic relationships, and if we have marriages and families like yours in Telos. Since we live very long lives and our potential to have large families is great, careful planning for the benefit of all is of utmost importance. Unlike surface folks, no one is allowed to start a family in Telos until they have gained the maturity and the readiness to initiate such an important step. We do not allow children birthing children, so to speak, like you do on the surface.

We have two different types of marriages in our society. The first one is a " bonded" type of marriage where two people who are attracted to each other romantically decide to unite in a bonded marriage union that is not considered necessarily permanent. They get married and live together to learn from and with each other, to grow in maturity together, to experience life, and to enjoy each other to the fullest. And this, they do only as long as they are both deeply happy and satisfied with the relationship. There is no obligation for them to stay together, and these unions are not necessarily a lifetime commitment.

Couples engaged in a bonded marriage are not allowed to have children. The raising of children is not the primary goal of these marriages. These marriages may last anywhere from a few short years to several hundred years or longer. Birth control is not an issue for us. The birth of a child is considered a very precious and grand event for the incoming soul, and a child or a baby is conceived by "invitation" only. We have no such thing as an unwanted pregnancy in our society. A woman in Telos would get pregnant only by intention to do so, and only after serious and well-planned preparations.

In a "bonded" marriage, couples may end their relationship at any time they wish, without hurt and obligations toward each other, and start another relationship if they wish. This way, no one stays in a relationship for the wrong reason like you do on the surface. Every couple in Telos is very happy because there is no reasonto stay together unless there is a deep love and satisfaction to be with each other. It would be unthinkable for any of us to consider staying in a relationship unless there is total harmony and fulfillment.

These marriages are considered part of the many experiences that life and evolution offer. When a couple feel they have come to the completion of their time together, they thank each other for the time they have spent together on the path of life, and they move on; always remaining very good friends with each other thereafter. All they need to do is to apply to the Lemurian Council of Telos for dissolution of their marriage, and it is always granted without any dilemma.

Our second type of marriage is a "committed marriage". It is only in this type of marriage that couples are permitted to have children, and apply to bring a new soul into the community. After a couple has been involved in a "bonded" marriage for several decades or a few hundred years, they may decide that they have experienced each other long enough, they know with absolute certainty that their love for each other is so flawless and long-lasting, that they now wish to make a lifetime commitment to each other.

Since we have become immortals, a lifetime commitment for us would normally mean a very long time in our society, extending into thousands of years. In a committed marriage, there is no more dissolution of the marriage that you would term a divorce. It is no longer an option. For this reason, a couple already in a bonded marriage for a long time has to be very sure of their decision toward each other before they would choose to engage in what is considered a permanent relationship. They stay together until such a time that one of them or both are ready to move on to a higher realm of evolution or service. In this case, one or

both would leave Telos to go to the planet or level of their choice. This would happen only after a very long time of their life together, and after their original family has matured to a few generations.

In this type of marriage, one, two or sometimes three children may be born. The gestation period for the mother-to-be is 12 weeks only. The couple has already lived together a very long time in a bonded marriage. They have done and accomplished whatever they wanted to do and experience together as a couple. They are now ready for the next step, having gained enough maturity and know-how to hold such a privilege and honor of staring a family if they wish.

In our society, we have no orphans, nor children who are abandoned or raised with the difficulties a single parent has to face on the surface. Our family life is so carefully and wisely planned, that our children never have to suffer such traumas as being unwanted, neglected or abused. Each child is considered a precious gift from God, loved and honored not only by the parents, but also by the whole of our community. Our civilization is fully aware of the sacredness of the role of bringing forth children, and this undertaking is never taken lightly and without appropriate training. Only to our more mature and more evolved people is the privilege of bringing forth children granted, giving birth to noble and more advanced souls; thus perpetuating an enlightened civilization.

Are you saying that it is created by our thoughts and intentions? Of course, but this is only one aspect of it. If you truly desire to attain this level of perfection and state of consciousness, you must first desire it with all your heart, mind and soul. This isyour first key. Around the clock, every day of your life, you must also set out and renew your intentions to reach that level of perfection, engaging all your spiritual faculties until you reach your goals.

Constancy is your second key. The "on and off" attempts have never brought much results. Maintaining absolute constancy in your intentions and the willingness to do what is required to attain that state cannot be emphasized enough. The fountain of youth and rejuvenation you are seeking lies within you always. It is there, waiting for your awakening and your awareness of it. The keys

to find it have never been secrets. In fact, they have been known all along, but you have ignored them.

For eons, you have been more interested in finding it through an external source, a quick fix that would substitute a true spiritual transformation. This is your third key. I ask you now: Have these external sources work for all of you, my friends? Have you succeeded in your society to eliminate aging, illnesses and death? Or are you building more nursing homes, hospitals and medical clinics?

Very rarely on the surface up to now, a person has been willing to apply the keys of transformation to the extent that it brought them complete DNA transformation and immortality. Nevertheless, over the ages and millennia, there have been a few exceptions. Your DNA is another key to your fountain of youth and infinite vitality, the fourth key. It evolves at the speed that you evolve your consciousness and increase your love quotient. Your body is a mirror of consciousness. As it evolves, the body will begin to mirror the new consciousness you have attained. The fountain of youth has always been there inside of you, but you have to evolve your consciousness to activate it.

Your thoughts, your words and feelings bring the subject of the fifth key. What is the quality of the internal dialogue do you entertain within yourself moment by moment? Does it reflect what you desire to attain? After you have done a few minutes of affirmations each day, what thoughts do you occupy your mind with the rest of the day? How well do you monitor your thoughts, your feelings and the words you speak to yourself and to others with each now moment? How do you feel about yourself and your body?

Once you evolve your consciousness to the state of immortality, you will find that it simply happens effortlessly. You will find that aging only makes you wiser, more mature and stronger. Yes, we become older in age, and we do it with grace, nobility and dignity, as masters. This is also your destiny to reach this level of mastery. Maintain your physical prowess, agility, and strength by all the means you know. You will find that the more you do, the more you will always be able to do. Don’t let age or what people say limit you. You are unlimited beings who have forgotten.

The Fountain of Youth you are seeking is a state of Being, not so much a state of doing. To activate this wondrous fountain, you must first unite with it and then become it. This is your sixth key; and a most important one as well. The true fountain of youth is a fountain of Pure Light, a fifth dimensional tool. In order to activate it within self, you must increase the light in all the cells of our physical

body and also in all your other bodies and more subtle bodies.

You must cleanse your emotional body of negative human emotions; you must monitor your thoughts and begin to think like a master does. If you are not sure how a master would think in any given circumstance, go in meditation and ask that question. What would a master do, how would a master view this and what is the action a master would take? How does it feel to be a master of divine expression like our brothers and sisters in Telos? Your heart knows all the answers and it always has. You only need to consult it and learn to tune in again to that wisdom.

Begin to consider your bodies as “magical forms”, see them as the most versatile machines that were ever created that can do all you want them to do without pain or limitation. They can even teleport anywhere in this universe almost with the speed of light whenever you have attained that level of consciousness. It is up to you to change the perception you have held regarding your bodies so far, and to learn how to utilize the full physical potential that these vehicles are endowed with.

Begin to live your new truth and the results you are seeking will follow. It cannot be otherwise. This is the seventh key. In this regard, the fountain of youth is real. It is located in your very own mind and heart. You will be surprised and joyous when you discover how easy it is to maintain your youthful appearance.

Aurelia:

Zohar is a very ancient master from the city of Shamballa of the Earth’s interior. He tells me that he has been living 250,000 years in the same body. He measures around 15 feet in height, looks around 35 years of age, and has shining white hair. He added: not the kind of white hair caused by aging, but the kind resulting from the intensity of the white light within the heart. He is a scientist of nature and of creation, and has been living in the city of Shamballa most of his life. One of his favorite subjects is to talk about the quality of “harmony” as a main key to attain the level of consciousness to be admitted into the ascension celebration.

He is also one who has over-lighted with his presence, guided and assisted in the establishment of the city of Telos 12,000 years ago, when the Lemurians first moved there. He assisted and counseled them the 5,000 years prior to that, when they first began to prepare the city to be habitable, once they knew that their continent was destined to be destroyed.

Zohar tells me that in the beginning, no one in Shamballa knew for sure what could be expected from this new Lemurian civilization joining the Agartha network inside the Earth. It was decided then in Shamballa that the new comers needed to be monitored very closely. Zohar tells me that after spending a lot of time in Telos, in the last 12,000 years, that he truly holds a great fondness for that city of Light and Love. What the Lemurians have achieved there in so little time comparing other earth’s interior civilizations who have been there much longer, surpasses by far all expectations that any planetary or intergalactic council could have ever imagined 12,000 years ago.

His words are: “I have spent a lot of time in Telos in the last 12,000 years, especially at the beginning. I have grown to love this place as much as I love my own city of Shamballa. Even now, I still spend a lot of time in Telos, but no longer for the same reasons as before. Now I go there, no longer to monitor their progress and their development, but simply because I love and enjoy so very much being in this wondrous city of Light and in the presence of its inhabitants. The beauty, the abundance, the brotherhood and the creativity that exist there in such perfection illustrates better than anywhere else the miracles that Love and Harmony can achieve when a civilization and her people decide, as a collective, to embody fully that Love of the Creator. Telos and her people is an outstanding cosmic example of the wonderments that Love can accomplish”.

He also tells me that he came to the surface a few times in the past for a short period of time, and that he enjoyed very much meeting and talking with the surface folks. He added: “My heart is longing, as well as the heart of your Lemurian family of Telos, to be able to walk again among all of you, as a brother, and offer to all of you my guidance and wisdom”.

Master Zohar:

Greetings my beloved brothers and sister, this is Zohar. Thank you Aurelia for asking me to have a saying in your book; I am really please to offer my energy for such endeavor. Let me say this. In order for this world to be enlightened entirely and be lifted in the Light, it is of necessity that everyone living here must take on the persona of “harmony”. Everyone must do this; it is a requirement. Otherwise,

those who will not will be dragged down by their own arrogance. They will acquire sicknesses created from their lack of light and they will simply die, mainly because they will not have the capacity of being happy in the new world. Understand?

This is now your choice, beloved ones. Either you choose to make it, or you don’t. The outcome of your evolution is entirely depending on your own choices that you make each day, and each moment of the day. The surface populations are now getting close to what is called “The Gathering”. Know that the powers that be in this world, the powers of the shadow side, the Illuminati, are trying to stop this at all cost. Know that the more they are trying to stop it, the more you will know that you are doing it right and getting closer. Understand?

The governments of your planet do not yet realize that the people who live in the interior have been there such a long time, much longer than their limited mind could ever imagine. They do not yet realize that it is not them who are in charge of this planet, and that their time for ruling is soon coming to a dramatic end. Their bubble of illusion will soon be shattered, and their cycle of accountability will be born.

It is now time to distance yourself from all those who do not seek to embrace harmony in their lives. All those who wish to embody harmony or wish to be accepted into the family of Telos must do the following:

• You must strive to remain in a state of harmony at all times, with all of creation and all of nature. For without harmony, there is discord. Then with discord there is destruction.

• Regardless of what people may do or say, you “must remain in harmony”. If someone tries to hurt you, then bless them, and do not let them be part of your reality.

• If you encounter disharmonious situation, then distance yourself. You have no obligation to remain where harmony does not reign.

• Seek truth and harmony at all times, and do not ever again allow yourself to deviate from this course or you will self-destruct. Those who will continue to resist the new energies now flooding your planet will not be able to do this much longer. The new energies are now getting so very strong and intense to bring about the changes and transformations you have been all waiting for. Those who will resist will self-destruct.

• You should no longer entertain feelings of discord and guilt. Never be sorry for what you are or what you are going through to balance your debts towards life. Rather strive always to improve yourself.

• Harmony should be the number one quality in your life, and be assured that it will pave your pathway for admittance into the Halls of Ascension. You will know when you have reached that level because then nothing will bother you. Whatever people say or do to you, it will not grieve your heart one way or the other.

• Someone who is in total harmony is totally happy with Creation. That someone holds total acceptance of what is. When you become that, you are ready for your ascension.

Do you have a Taxing System in Telos? We certainly don’t, and neither would we allow such a thing. An enlightened government does not need to tax its people. Your taxing system is strictly a manipulative three-dimensional creation, spiritually immoral, demonstrating a primitive understanding of leadership and management.

We acknowledge your desires to be sovereign in this regard and your divine rights to be tax-free. You are the beloved children of the most loving and wealthy Father, Source energy. Your Creator does not tax you, and neither should anyone else. Like so many other things in your society that you don’t like nor agree with, they exist simply because you allow it. You have given away your powers and your rights to be sovereign. As a collective, until you take your powers back, it will continue.

Be assured that within 5 to 10 years from now, and hopefully sooner, you will most likely become tax-free forever. As the light shines on this planet brighter each passing day, your tax system will also evolve and eventually be abolished

completely. There is no tax system in the fifth dimension, and if this is where so many of you are choosing to go. You will not find a single tax collector anywhere over on our side of the veil. They will be yet all gathered in the third dimension wondering what happened!

We are a free and responsible society. Each and every one of us takes equal responsibility for the wise and successful economics of our society. Everything we need or use is exchanged through a well-designed “barter system” creating an “equitable exchange”. This way, we can freely obtain and trade for whatever we want, and there are never any losers. This gives us great latitude and freedom in our exchange system and makes bartering “fun”. Everyone enjoys in great abundance everything they need, and never at the expense of another.

We value our freedom above all else. We would never allow a system of taxation to exist. It would deprive us of our undeniable rights to abundance, to freedom and the pursuit of happiness. On the surface, your governments have programmed you in the belief that you have to pay taxes and this is a most erroneous concept. You are not burdened only with income tax, but to name a few, also with sales tax, property taxes, activity taxes, some of your food is taxed as if eating and nourishing your body is a luxury, and hundreds of other more subtle types of taxes that are hidden or included in the prices. But nevertheless they are taxes and contribute to your burdens. In your lives on Earth, this type of control was never meant to become part of your reality and burdens.

Why are you then allowing it with so much fear and complacency? Why are you then allowing the leaders you elect to oppress you in all directions in such a manner? And why are you still thinking that having to pay so many taxes with every aspect of your life is a normal way of sharing the meager earnings the majority of you have to live from?

Any government or leadership compelled to tax their people so heavily in order to function financially demonstrates a sure sign of poor administration. With a bit more enlightenment and much more integrity, your governments could function very well and with great prosperity without having to tax the people they govern. Citizens of other planets do not have to be taxed by their governments and no one lacks of anything, including those governing.

But Adama, how do we do this? Those who refuse to pay their taxes go to jail, they are harassed without end, they have their vehicles taken away from them and very often their land and their homes.

We know this my beloved, we know it only too well; and this is all about to change in your country and gradually everywhere else in the world. This is why we are not suggesting that you make waves at this time and refuse to pay your taxes. If you did that now, too many of you would be hurt. You have enough challenges in your life as is, and we do not want to see you suffer more. The concept of becoming tax-free has to evolve first in your consciousness and then in the consciousness of the majority in order to be changed smoothly in an enlightened manner.

When the majority of the people in a country, let’s say about 70% to 80% have embraced a new truth for themselves as sovereign beings and make a sincere and empowered choice in their heart that it is no longer their truth to be submitted to taxation, and they call out to their Creator to assist them in implementing their new truth as sovereign beings, be assured that it will happen, and it would not take very long. But the collective has to choose it first from the heart and let go of victimhood consciousness. This is a requirement. Know it with all your heart that your sovereignty has to come first from within the self. Know with absolute knowingness that as divine beings, as the children of a most loving Father, you have full rights to the bounty of this planet and of this universe. It is not reserved for only the few.

There are those in your society who have incarnated for the purpose of creating more enlightened forms of governments in a near future. They are sufficient in numbers now to succeed and have gained enough maturity to take their place very soon. They have been trained between their incarnations to do just that, and they already know how to implement those positive changes smoothly. They are well versed on the art of leadership to implement new forms of government that will function for the benefit of all. When a governing body acts for the benefit of the collective instead of personal agendas, everyone becomes abundant and has everything they need to enjoy life. No one has to go without. Very soon, my dear children, there will no longer be the “haves and the have not”. Everyone will have plenty to live and function well, including all levels of governments.

Be patient a little longer and continue to evolve your consciousness and let go of the many erroneous belief systems you have been imprinted with. Those who have incarnated to implement the new forms of governments will not be allowed to take their rightful place until you have made sufficient changes first in your heart and your consciousness. It is important that you claim it and demand those changes from the heart of your Creator from the love and compassion of your own heart. It is also important that you continue to do this until it happens.

Remember that it is always the collective who has the power to decide. Your

governments only reflect the sum total of the consciousness of the collective they govern. They are mirrors my friends, just mirrors! You all have to change first, and you will see how smoothly your governments will evolve and change. It is up to all of you to lead the way from the fires of your heart.

But Adama, 80% of the population is a lot; that will take forever for everyone to evolve their consciousness to extent you mention.

Not as long as you might think. I mentioned it before and many other masters have mentioned it as well. Soon on your planet, there will be events that will assist humanity to wake-up and accelerate their consciousness. These events are now hanging over your head. People will have to voluntarily change or leave their incarnation. The abuse of your planet and its people by your governments will no longer be tolerated. This is what your Earth Mother has now chosen for evolution on Her body, and it will be implemented. No group of people in incarnation here will have the power to stop it either. The shape-up or ship-out warning that was given some time ago is more valid now than ever before.

You are not alone my beloveds; you have more support on your planet now from all over the universe than ever before. No planet has ever been given such great amount of assistance as it is granted here at this time. Be of good cheers, your deliverance is soon at hand. If only you could perceive how much effort is implemented to assist this planet and how much each one of you is so dearly loved, it would melt all your pains instantly into an eternal fountain of joy. We love you all so very much, and please hang on a little longer! I am with you always.

We, who inhabit the resurrected city of Posid, now a wondrous and beautiful

abode of Light in the fifth dimension, and all of us living in other Atlantean energy cities within the Earth, recognize that there is great distrust for our vibration from many of you who experienced the cataclysms of the fall of Atlantis. The energies of that time and the masculine overwhelm of mental energies over the feminine balance of the heart are still creating emotions of fear and anguish within many of you who would be now interested in initiating any kind of communication with us.

For this reason, we ask that you please allow yourself to release the prior connection with us that you hold through the mind, and bring the energies of our deep love for you, once again into your heart. Since the destruction of our continent, we have done much work to evolve our consciousness and to embrace the energies of love from the heart. We have toiled long and steadfast to rebalance the energies we so carelessly used in the past. Today, it is with much joy and deep gratitude that we thank you for allowing us the opportunity to reach out to you and speak to your heart. We now come from a place of love, and if you allow it, we can bring great healings to your soul from the past traumas that so many, if not most of you on the surface, have been subjected to in the past.

We, who held ourselves in such high esteem in the Atlantis of old, and who rocked our planet so violently with our egos and misuse of technologies, have spent much of our time since in the service to the Earth and the earth’s interior. We have been in service to the elementals and nature spirits of this planet, and in service to our beloved Lemurian brothers and sisters, to rectify the damage and the deep pains that we inflicted to them and to all of you. We have also learned much about the cravings of the soul for knowledge and how these desires must be balanced by the deeper knowingness of the heart.

After the sinking of Atlantis, it was our Lemurian brothers and sisters who have offered themselves and their expertise to become our mentors in our next evolutionary step. Many of the guides, healers and teachers who held the energies of compassion, wisdom and understanding on our behalf to allow us to evolve from our former tragedies, have been from Telos! Many were from other Lemurian cities as well. For a very long time, their assistance, their love, their acceptance of us has been for many, myself included, the only Light that shone in a very dark place within our heart and soul. Our connection to them was the bond that has carried us higher and higher into the consciousness of love and true brotherhood. We now invite humanity to do the same.

We live beneath the region of Brazil because of the highly crystalline nature the Earth in that area. We are here now as guardians of these energies to keep them from being manipulated again by those who do not reflect nor understand the

Divine Plan. Whereas in the past, we would have insisted to utilize the tremendous force of this energy for power, dominion and control, today, we are its protectors. It is now very appropriate for us to be the guardians of those energies because we have a very great understanding of those energies, and we have also experienced the negative effects of their misuse. We can follow their flow with great perceptivity of observation. We do this in service for our Lemurian brothers and sisters, which we now consider to be our very dear “family”. They are the synthesizers and harmonizers of this energy at this time of planetary transformation.

In many aspects, our lifestyles are very similar to those of Telos. All of us hold positions of responsibility within our community. We also spend much of our time in service to the planet and to our brothers and sisters now incarnated on the surface at this time. A great deal of our work consists of programming many of the crystal tools that are emerging on the surface at the present time. We have the technology to create from the organic structure of the subterranean levels of the earth a new form of crystal that emits a much higher vibration of energy than what has been previously available on the surface.

These crystals are now beginning to surface and will interact with the environments into which they are introduced to provide a detoxifying effect on all levels of denser vibrations. They are very open to the conscious intents of the individuals who wish to work with them, and will work with all who ask them. However, they will express only one intention at a time, and only within the vibrations of the Divine Plan. This is the first layer of healing tools that will begin to emerge in a near future. These crystals will also reflect the color vibration of the individual person who will currently be working with them, and may change color vibration if or when transferred to a different person.

Our buildings in Posid are made of a very similar crystal material. This energy has greatly contributed to the healing of our toxic emotions, as well as the toxic emotions of the Earth herself where we live. We hold in our hearts a great desire to be of assistance to the surface populations when the appropriate time emerges. We wish to contribute and support you in the creation of your own cities of Light with these same healing materials. In addition, these crystals will be available to heal your soil, the re-energizing of all your food supplies and many other uses.

We want to assure all of you that all of us hold a very great desire in our hearts to manifest in all of our actions and interactions with you, the love and the compassion that is needed to recreate a united civilization on this planet. It is our

most heartfelt goal to assist the manifestation of this unity of consciousness in all of Her dimensions and realms. We wish to experience with you again, face to face, the love that will bring the highest joy and grace to all of you living on the surface, sharing this planet with all of us living within the earth’s interior.

It has become appropriate for us now to say that in the higher realm of the fifth dimension, Atlantis and Lemuria are fully manifesting the energies of the original plan for these continents. Atlantis representing the energies of the Divine Father and Lemuria representing the energies of the Divine Mother were meant to work together in the consciousness of divine union, to assist in love and unity of consciousness, not only the people of their respective continents, but also to become loving guides and mentors, role models of unity for other civilizations evolving here, younger souls with less experience.

In recognition of the many lifetimes that many of you have spent attempting to distance yourself from the original vibrations of Atlantis, we ask you to work with us now on a simple meditative exercise. We hope this meditation will assist you in cleansing the vibrations of old, so that the new vibration may seed itself in the evolving consciousness of the planet.

There are many skills and technological resources that were created in Atlantis that many of you have direct knowledge of. It is now time for these technologies to resurface, albeit in a vibration of love and service, not ego and power. As you clear your resistance to old energies and experiences, all that was good, all the wonders of Atlantis will rise to the surface through you.

The continent of Atlantis, as with the continent of Lemuria, will not rise again in the physical. It will be reborn instead through the energies of those who are incarnated at this time. The gifts and resources of these civilizations will be recreated and re-manifested, in new and shining forms, by those of you who are living on the surface today.

We invite you to journey with us now into the crystal heart of your soul. Envision a glowing center that resides behind your heart and transmits energy in undulating, pulsating waves throughout your bodies and into the energy field of the Earth herself. Your crystal center vibrates in resonance with the crystal center of the Earth. As you focus on your own crystal central sun, reach out with your knowingness, with your love, to the crystal central sun that sits in the core of Earth.

Follow the trail of energy as it leaves you and travels into the Earth and watch for

the images that appear along these waves of energy. These images may appear to you as colors, or sounds. They may be scenes from the time of Atlantis. They may be geometric shapes or the images of people you have known. In each instance, reach out to these images, bathing them and surrounding them in the pulsating waves of love that are emanating from your crystalline sacred heart.

Do not try to explain or interpret these images. That knowledge will come in a time of its own choosing, when appropriate. Simply envelope these images, these energy transmissions from the time of Atlantis in the overwhelming love that you now offer in service to the planet and humankind. Bring each of the remnants of these orphan energies into the oneness that exists between your central sun and the central sun of the Earth.

Allow the pure energy of the Divine to heal and reform these energies. Allow and surrender to the Divine plan that holds all of us in its loving hands. And most of all,allow yourself to release eons of pain and sadness, of guilt and shame. You who are incarnated now are not responsible for the errors in judgment that were made during the time of Atlantis.

You are not responsible for righting any wrongs, for in truth, there were no wrongs. There were merely the lessons learned by a civilization that had chosen a path of understanding. And that path involved one of the greatest collective initiations ever presented on this planet. We who lived in the time of Atlantis, and many of you were with us, did so with the life choice that we would experience from every angle, the separation between mind and heart. We chose experiences that heightened that understanding, and we entered into them by choice.

Today, we reach out again, in greater knowingness, to communicate to you all that we learned. We ask those of you who were there with us to also reach out with your understanding from these times, and communicate the same to those living around you. We do not wish to recreate the Atlantean cities of old, but we wish to create with you new communities; communities that grow and evolve from the love that we share and the desire to do this together.

We will never again introduce to you technologies that will create a separation of mind and heart. We will only bring these technologies into your consciousness when you yourselves have reached an anchored vibration of love and community. You will then create these tools again in the fourth or fifth dimensional plane of your existence. You will also add to them new and wonderful tools and technologies of your own.

We have learned much wisdom from our previous civilization that perished because of our lack of vision. We are longing to share what we have learned with those who administer your surface governments at this time. With open hearts, we invite all of you who desire and all those who have connections with us from your incarnated experiences on our former continent, to visit us here in Posid. Visit us in your etheric bodies and study with us the consciousness that lead to the fall, and eventual destruction of Atlantis.

We promise to give you just as pleasant and heartfelt reception in Posid than you are receiving from your Lemurian brothers and sisters in Telos. Nearly all of you, if not all, have had several incarnations in Atlantis as you did in Lemuria, and we consider you as well, our former family members.

The former exquisite beauty that Posid once held in the physical has been replicated by us in the fifth dimension, and of course, with a much greater level of beauty and perfection. We are here today to share our love with you and to offer guidance and support. We ask that you now open your heart to us, as we open our hearts to all of you, in the allowance of the greatest opening for direct contact with us.

We have been asked today to speak about the Atlantean emergence that is gradually taking place through and together with the forthcoming Lemurian emergence in oneness and unity. It is with great joy and excitement that our two former civilizations are merging our energies to create a new color of love and unity on this planet. Beware of those who will try, in your dimension, to create the illusion of two separate emergences of our civilizations. We remind you of what we told you before. We, the ascended Atlantean civilization, are totally in the service of the Lemurian emergence, and we will emerge together with them, as one heart and as one family of Light.

Our journey of exploration during the time of Atlantis will once again be understood, and we will again take our place in the hierarchy of beings on this planet to include the highest ranks of priests and healers, magicians and sages. My dearest brothers and sisters, know that now, after a long dark night in our evolution, we have so much love and new wisdom to share with all of you. We are longing to be at your side and to comfort you in your journey.

We do not need any longer to offer penance for our prior actions. In truth, the time that we have spent working in service to the planet and humanity for the good of the whole since the fall of Atlantis, far exceeds the pain and the damage that we caused at the time. We give thanks with all of our beingness to the Lemurian Brotherhood of Light for assisting us unconditionally when we needed it the most. We thank them with all our hearts for their sustained love and for diligently working with us through our long period of healing.

It is now time for us to speak our truth about the time of Atlantis. It is for each one

of you to perceive us in the new light we have embraced, It is now time for all of us together to hold hands and join hearts to allow the revelations of the new Lemuria to manifest as a reality in your world.

Our time in Atlantis was the grandest demonstration of the misuse of energy that this planet and the human race had yet experienced. We were given great gifts that we chose to corrupt. We have spoken to you before about our current misgivings concerning our actions during the great age of Atlantis. In our first transmission to you, we have asked for and received from all of you much forgiveness. We have released much of the denser heart energies, the pain and trauma that remained from the time of the destruction of Atlantis and we thank all of you for your compassionate heart.

Those of you who lived on Atlantis before and who suffered the fall have reached into the deepest parts of yourselves to release all of the anguish and mistrust that remained from that time. Much to our delight and heartfelt relief, we see you each day continuing with this clearing and healing. As each of you cleanses the old issues and resistance that you have towards your experiences in Atlantis, we are all able to move forward to new and greater expressions of the “Heart of Lemuria”.

Truly, we are now all one in our acknowledgement and acceptance of this higher dimension of love. It is now for you to bring this new dimension of love into the physicality of your dimension. Once this has taken place, the emergence together onto the planet of the Lemurian and Atlantean brotherhoods will become a reality for all of us. In fact, we have been here all along with you in your dimension, but your frequency did not allow you to perceive us. Actually, it is all of you who will be emerging into the higher vibration of your own divine essence, and connecting once again with our vibration. Not so much the other way around.

When that moment comes, we will all recognize each other as the true family that we are, and the labels of Lemurian or Atlantean will fall away, because we are now “one”. The labels you hold regarding countries or religions will fade away. Once again, we will all live together in unity and love.

Before that full emergence will take place in your dimension, many events and transformations will unfold on the surface. There are no victims in your world today. All the situations, global and personal, that you encounter in your daily life have been called into manifestation because you have created them. The greatest challenge you now face is to balance your own desires to harmonize with the greater good of all. Each of you must understand completely the power of creation that you hold in each moment.

The blessings of transformation on this planet are fully manifesting through the higher vibrational energies that are increasing and changing reality each and every day. The time of non-participation is over, and each of you is being asked to join in the great adventure. Each of you is being called to remember who you were in times past, the blessings and the pain, the joy and the sorrows. All past experiences will have their place, their wisdom and their use in your cosmic future.

In Atlantis, we chose to manipulate the energies available to us for self-centered purposes. You have reached a time in the evolution of your own journey on this planet where the lessons we all learned must now come into fruition. Your hearts must continue to stay open and to embrace all old and new experiences. Your minds, however, in concert with the universal mind, must recognize the truth. Atlantis became a civilization out of control. It became disconnected from the nurturing and fruitful energies of the heart and the soul. A great number of the Atlantean civilization became concerned only with the pursuit of knowledge and power at the expense of truth. We did not honor our Divine Essence or the grace that granted to us.

Your world today is facing very much of these same issues. Your present-day leaders are being questioned about their conduct and their motives, just as we questioned our leaders then. The answers that you are receiving are not striking a harmonious chord with the music of your souls. The words your leaders speak may, in some instances, sound correct, and the sentiments expressed may seem genuine. Yet when you examine them with the only meter that you have, your hearts, you know that you are being feed illusion, deception and treachery. And you also know that this illusion can no longer stand, as your Creator has decreed the “New Day of Light” for this planet.

You have all created the duality that you have come to accept and the veils that you are trying so hard to get rid of. They have been created to facilitate the learning of great lessons and the gathering of wondrous experiences. Just as we created our own veils of illusion in the time of Atlantis, and thought that we could play with the energies of creation and manifestation without consequences, so have you placed blinders on the effects of your own misuse of energy.

By energy, we do not only refer to the technologies that you employ in your present civilization to enhance your lifestyles. We do not speak only of the damage that is done to the environment of your planet, Mother Earth, and to the physical structure in the DNA of each of you. We do not speak only of the

information manipulation that takes place in all of your media as a method of mind control.

We speak most importantly of the misuse of emotional energy. The emotional body is your true birthright and a great gift, and you have shut it down by denying it on a daily basis. As evolving beings of the human race, you have been gifted with an emotional body structure unlike any other, and to a lesser extent, so were the animals and plant life of your planet. And yet, you feel that this emotional body is your weakness, your “Achilles heal”, so to speak. For many of you, you feel that your emotional body is something to almost get rid of. You feel that you must contain its effects, dilute or put down its messages to you.

The true gift of the emotional body is the ability that each of you has to experience the widest possible array of scenarios over your multitude of lifetimes, and to bring this wealth of experiences back to the whole, back to all of us in the body of God. The impurity, the irrationality of the emotional body has allowed the full expression of all that you are, and in doing so, it has allowed the full expression of all that Spirit is. But this concept is ignored and forgotten. We attempted to override our emotions with the mind, forgetting that our emotions were the conduit to our hearts and souls.

You have been awarded a substantial opportunity to bring the full force of God through your emotional bodies. You are able to imbue these energies with the uniqueness that each of you possess. This uniqueness is a direct result of the emotional colorings that you have developed lifetime after lifetime in the electromagnetic and crystalline grid of the planet.

Your emotions are not energies to be ignored or subdued. They are not energies to be abandoned or mistrusted. They are truly and holy a representation of your individual flame that must be nourished in order to burn strong and pure. The mistake that was made in our time in Atlantis was the erroneous belief that we held that we could retreat from our hearts and from all that made us human, by bringing ourselves into a state of intellectual superiority. This was our greatest folly, as it is for many of those in power today in your world.

The greatest gift of inhabiting a body on this planet at this time is that you are human. You are a physical manifestation of Spirit’s divine grace and potential. You are the grounding point for the expression of God’s Will. There is no greater joy available than when one recognizes this truth and lives it on a daily basis.

You are also expressing through your emotional bodies the connection that exists

between the physical and the etheric, between body and spirit. Each time you reach out to touch another being, and then connect through the vibrations created within their emotional matrix, you are reuniting the realms in a new and wondrous manner. You are creating colors and energies that have never existed before, new expressions and palates of love.

Our mistake was to feel that we needed great machines and systems of energy to create in this way. We forgot our connection to each other, and competed instead to see who could control the greatest amount of energy, as if this power brought us closer to realizing our God Presence. And of course, it could not and it did not. Only our connection to each other could do that.

Only through our love for each other could we truly touch and connect with the god within. Only through the full acceptance of our total emotional selves, in relation to one and to all, could we look again into our souls. It took our Lemurian brothers and sisters many lifetimes to show us and help us realize this truth. They supported us unceasingly with love and nurturing as we strove to release our old pictures and belief systems. They presented us with a glorious mirror of our true identity as divine beings, mirror that we totally rejected and ridiculed in the time of Atlantis and Lemuria.

Today, we present this same mirror, this same love and support to you. Reach out to us and touch us through your emotional bodies. We are here. Feel the strength and passion for life that emerges as you reconnect with all of yourself, as you reestablish pathways and conduits for the energies that surround you. Reach out through your emotions and touch the world around you. Allow yourself to feel the trees, the flowers, the animals in the fields, the song of a bird, the flowers in your garden and the comfort of your homes. Reach out and touch each other’s hearts in the most profound ways.

Together, we are creating the new Lemuria. Together, you are creating the opening that you desire for your emergence into the dimensions beyond yours. We wait for you, as we love you so dearly, keeping you always in our hearts.

Greetings my beloveds, this is Adama.

Many of you already know that a great number of us are planning to eventually emerge to the surface when enough of you are ready and willing to receive us, along with our teachings. It will be our pleasure to reconnect with all of you face-to-face and teach you all we know.

We will teach you how to create a life of magic and paradise for yourself, and your loved ones, right where you are. We ask you to assist in spreading the awareness of our presence within Mount Shasta to all of those whose consciousness is ready to receive this information. Do what you can to wisely support our emergence to the “surface,” and it is my promise that you will never regret it.

We notice that many of you want to know time and dates; some of you are almost getting impatient. We ask you to understand that the time of our emergence does not depend on us; “we are ready.” It is the surface folks, the collective, who are not yet ready to receive us. To come out prematurely would be defeating the purpose of our emergence and would create definite setbacks.

Aurelia: What will be required of us for you to come out from your cities of Light?

First of all, we monitor and register the love and light quotient of the surface population. We measure the level of compassion and heart opening of the collective. This is only one of the factors we examine. There are several others we also consider very important. Much will depend on the level of consciousness and evolution of the collective, their awareness of higher ¬vibrations of love and their willingness to live their lives as divine beings.You are now embarked on the grand adventure of ascension.

Those who will be able to stay on the planet beyond the next decade are those who have chosen to embrace their Christhood and Divinity. Personal and planetary events are going to become your mentors to assist you in that direction. After millions of years of evolution on this planet, our Earth Mother has chosen to move on in Her own personal evolution and to take along with Her those of humanity who are ready to make the same choice.

As a result of her choice, the Creator has given the Earth a mighty dispensation of Light and Love. Your planet is now flooded with new energies unlike ever before. These energies are increasing in intensity, velocity and frequency with each passing day. Seven major gateways have opened from the Creator Source in

2002 that will greatly transform your planet by the year 2012 and beyond. In a hundred years from now, your planet will be totally transformed.

Each of those gateways contains a number of sub-gateways and portals that all of you must pass through in order to move on to the next step. By 2012, or perhaps a bit sooner, many of the “initiates” will be lifted to a fifth dimensional reality, in a world of magic and paradise. In a little while, your planet will be transformed enough to become almost unrecognizable according to your present standards of living.

The intensity of Light is increasing daily. This will assist you in the great transformation that is needed in your passage into the most awesome and greatest adventure of all of your lifetimes together. The bottom line is “you will soon have to embrace your Christhood or get off the planet.” For this, you will be given more assistance than ever before.

This is the meaning of the second coming. All life on Earth will soon return to the original perfection it was endowed with at the beginning of Her creation. There are other planets like Earth where people are still enjoying separation from God and the way of violence. There will be many new alternative choices for the souls who decide to stay behind.

What does this have to do with our emergence? Beloved brothers and sisters, we are looking forward to joining with you as much as you are with us. We will not come to the surface visibly until the majority of the people on this planet have embraced love, compassion and harmlessness towards all life forms and all kingdoms. It will also be required that a certain percentage of the population, not yet determined, will become aware of our emergence plan and welcome it. These are two main factors that will determine the time of our emergence, and there are several other considerations that will also come into play.

With the events that will soon be surfacing for all of you, we hope that by 2008, or shortly after, and perhaps sooner for some, there will be enough positive changes in the heart of humanity and the political scene, that we could begin to emerge to the surface more visibly to assist you many of you, along with your Earth Mother, in going the rest of the way of your ascension process.

When you are tempted to ask us dates for our emergence, we turn the question back to you by asking you if you have yet met the requirements. Dear ones, when will you and the collective be ready to receive us? It is really up to you to do your homework and prepare yourself and others who are open for the awesome

experience of our emergence among you.

Aurelia: Do you have an emergence plan?

Yes, we certainly do. We have an emergence plan that must remain undisclosed, one that will unfold with top secrecy and in a clandestine way. At first, in various places, we will meet secretly with small groups of people to give them direct teachings and transmissions of our love and energies. These small groups will then go out and transmit our teachings to others who are ready and willing to hear. As more people become ready to meet with us, the circle of those with whom we will meet will become greater and gradually grow to large groups.

As this momentum grows, more of us will be able to assist in a more visible fashion. When enough of these groups are formed around the planet, and their members have kept their covenant with us, we will then gradually allow more and more people to meet directly with us, until we have totally emerged among you.

It might also please you to know that several of our people are already doing wondrous work in your dimension to prepare the way for all of us to come visibly later on. None of them are allowed yet to identify themselves to “surface” folks. They are here incognito, and this is the way it must remain for the time being. Unless your vibration, alignment and motivation resonate with a fifth dimensional consciousness, they will certainly not contact you. Many of you are ¬under the impression that we will come in your vibration, but this is not the case. The second wave of our greater emergence will not take place in the third dimensional frequency.

The rest of us are not planning to lower our vibration to your level. Except for those who are already living in that level of vibration, though we will be tangible among you, not everyone will be able to see and interact with us directly. Understand that we may be physical, but we vibrate at a frequency that is much higher and faster than yours, thus invisible to most of you as yet. Until then, it is your job to raise your vibration and consciousness at least two-thirds of the way to meet ours. This means that you will have to elevate your vibration to almost a fifth dimensional level in order to meet us consciously.

This indicates that when a greater number of us will be mingling casually among you, at first there will be those who will perceive and see us, just as tangibly as you see and perceive each other. There will, however, be the majority who will not. Gradually, it will come to pass that more and more “surface” folks will raise their vibration to the desired level, and will join the ranks of those who can see

and interact with us directly.

We will then have an engagement together if you choose to meet the conditions. With open hearts, we are waiting your readiness. We bless you and hold each one of you very dear in our hearts and souls.

Greetings and Blessings, this is Adama from Telos. I am here today with Ahnahmar, one of our elders from Telos who has been living here since the beginning of our life underground a little over 12,000 years ago. One can say that Ahnahmar lived on the surface for over two thousand years prior to the loss of our continent, and he has maintained the same youthful body for about 14,000 years of your time. He is very tall, energetic and handsome, looking around 35 to 38 years of age.

During the time of Lemuria, Ahnahmar and his twin flame built a temple of wondrous beauty called "The Temple of Union". This temple was built in honor of the Love and Union of Twin Flames. Ahnahmar with his twin flame have been the guardians of that unfed flame of Immortal Love for the planet ever since. I now step back to allow Ahnahmar to continue.

Blessings and love to all those who will read this message. In the time of Lemuria, most men and women were sharing their lives with their beloved twin flames. That majestic temple was the location where wedding ceremonies took place. Couples adorned themselves with great beauty and elegance to consecrate their "Union" with the energies of the unfed flame of Immortal Love. Although this flame of Love has been extinguished from the surface with the sinking of Lemuria, it has been preserved on this planet in the Temple of Union who was lifted up in its entirety into a 4th dimensional vibration when our continent was destroyed.

This temple still exists to this day in the area near Mount Shasta in the same location it used to be, and is now vibrating at a 5th dimensional frequency. Although the former physical structure no longer exists in your 3rd dimension and cannot be seen in your reality, be assured that it is very real and tangible to us.

The temple is very active and continues to this day to perform all the functions it was intended to do from the time it was built. This temple dwells in the crystal city of Light that exists in the etheric in the area of Mount Shasta, extending itself close to 40 miles in diameter.

You have been promised that this wondrous Lemurian city will eventually be lowered into a more physical expression, and many of you will be able to see and enter it. You are asking when this is going to happen. The exact time is still unknown to us. We anticipate that it will be towards the end of this decade. When this happens, this temple, along with all other wonders that the crystal city holds, will be available to those who will match that vibration in their spiritual development.

Aurelia, known to you as Louise Jones, who had involvement with this temple in the time of Lemuria, rediscovered the location of that temple a couple years ago while taking walks within a couple miles of her home in the Mount. Shasta area. At first, she tuned in that this was a very special place but could not unveil the mystery. For reasons unknown to her, she felt very drawn to return frequently to our area for walks and meditations. Several times a week, we watched her walking up the hill. It was always with delight and joy, especially the first time, that we saw her coming. We waited for the day we could communicate with her more directly. Unknown to her outer mind, each time she came, she received on the inner plane our warm welcome along with much attention and love from us.

It had been several thousands of years since we had any kind of opportunity to communicate consciously with any surface person in that location. There are those living in that area who also come to the hill for walks from time to time, but none of them ever had any kind of awareness as to what this location represents. More clarity was eventually offered to our friend Aurelia about the nature of her favorite location for which she felt such a strong attraction. Her love and high degree of respect for the sacredness of that place allowed us to unveil ourselves to her more openly and reveal a greater measure of her former involvement with us in the Temple of Union.

We have an eventual plan for that location and we hope that in a near future this sacred site can be unveiled to the public. We envision that in two to three years from now, a small temple will be built there where wedding ceremonies and spiritual development classes will be held under our sponsorship. We also know that, very soon, many couples will be guided to come here to consecrate their wedding ceremonies with the energies of our Temple.

Aurelia recently performed a wedding ceremony in that location, (November 1st. 2001) enrolling our full presence and the presence of the Light Realm. It was the first time since the sinking of Lemuria that a wedding ceremony took place in the physical octave directly in the location where our 5th dimensional Temple of Union is situated. This was a most joyous moment for us, and we offered our full support. I, Ahnahmar totally merged with her during the ceremony.

Unknown to her outer mind at the time, she was setting herself up for a wonderful experience. Following her inner guidance, she suggested that special location to a twin flame couple who wanted her to officiate their wedding ceremony. The Telosians along with the Lemurian Council and the beings of the Light Realm were very happy with this event. Literally hundreds of thousands of us, running into the millions from the invisible realm attended this wedding in our etheric bodies. In a way, it was fortunate that she could not see us all because it could have been quite intimidating, considering the size of the crowd attending. It seems that every one from Telos and the Light Realm were there, applauding the reactivation of the flame of Love of Twin Flames from our temple into the physical octave.

It was only after the wedding that we unveiled to her more information about the true nature of the temple and the wonderful activation that took place for the planet during the ceremony. By following her heart and inner guidance, we were amused to see how she provided for us the opportunity to create this wondrous opening into the physical plane. The scenario we had been waiting for so long unfolded in a perfect sequence without her having any clue of what was really going on besides a wedding ceremony. This too made us all smile.

Many of you have discovered that marriage relationships have often been devastating, bringing more stress and disappointment than joy and sustained happiness. The reason for this is that stressful relationships are based on duality rather than the oneness of divine Love. Unless a relationship is based on that oneness, it can never fulfill the longing of the heart that you have so deeply felt.

Now allow me to lecture you a little. As the guardian of the Unfed Fame of Love, I have watched you on the surface in your relationships for a very long time. For those of you looking for your beloved somewhere else outside of yourself, let me say that this is not the way it will come. Your beloved is also part of you. He or she may have a body in the outer world, but meeting that one when one is not fully ready for that initiation is a bit tricky. It is not often for the best of your interest because the experience of third dimension does not always offer this compatibility of character and spirit unless both parties have reached the same level of

readiness and evolution.

Listen to me well dear ones. Look for that one inside of you first in every cell and atom of your heart and soul and begin to develop a relationship with that one. That one is Self, your divine counterpart. It lives within you. The relationship that you are seeking is nothing more than the reflection of your own relationship with your own divine Self. When you learn to love yourself in every aspect of your essence, every aspect of your divinity, every aspect of your human experience, and that divine love for Self becomes the ruler of your heart and life, you will no longer look anywhere else. You will know that you have found it. It will not really matter what form it takes, your heart will feel full and satisfied.

At that stage of development of your spiritual life, the mirror or reflection of that state of perfect love for Self cannot do otherwise than manifest itself tangibly in your life. This is divine law and cannot fail you. If you do not have it, it means that you are not there yet. Mind you, it will show up in your life in divine timing, and the wait, if there is a waiting period for you, will not matter because you know that you have already united in your heart with the object of your yearning and your love. You will know the divine complement or twin flame that you have been looking for, that divine perfect union will manifest in one way or the other.

In the higher dimensions, beings have already attained this perfection of divine love otherwise they would be where you are. When you attain the perfection of this divine love, you will be lifted up in the higher realm and you will be in that perfect union with that one that has eluded you for so very long. It can also happen in your 3rd dimensional reality. Once you have attained this state of divine love in your heart, nothing can be withheld from you, not even your twin flame.

In the name of divine love, may I suggest to you that you start now looking for your beloved within your own Self. This is the quickest way to be united with your twin flame. You won't have to put ads in the paper to find her or him or go to single's clubs. He or she will literally fall on your lap, and you will not be able to avoid it.

May you meet all your tests in the embrace of divine Love! It is my pleasure to invite you to come to my temple at night where I give classes for those desiring to reunite with their twin flames. I am not offering to become a matchmaker as you call it in your language. We are willing to assist you in reconnecting with that wondrous part of Self that you abandoned a long time ago; that very part that will magnetize your beloved and everything else you desire in your life. We will not magnetize your beloved for you, but we will show you how to accomplish this for

yourself. We will teach you the true meaning of the word "Union".

Before you go to sleep at night, ask your guides to bring you to the Temple of Union to attend our classes. My underground crew and I will be there to receive you. With the thinning of the veil, many more of you will soon start remembering your many and delightful nightly adventures.
