A GREAT LEADER

Mustafa Kemal Atatürk was the founder of The Turkish Republic; He was a great leader

and a great statesman .

Before 90 years ago, after The Turkish War of İndependence and after founding a new republic

from the ashes of The Ottoman İmpires he accomplished step by step radical changes

in the country.

He had so deep enthusiasm and motivation that he motivated all citizens to accept radical changes in culture, in education, in justice, in women situation,

in religion, governing the state and so forth.

Although he was also a great military

strategist he did not like war.

“peace at home, peace in the world”

is one of his famous sayings.

Accourding to the article

452

of the Turkish Civil Law

heirs have reserved

rights

on their protected

shares.

Atatürk donated all his properties to TheTurkish Nation.

And in 1933 he reinforced to be accepted a special law that his heirs

were excluded of the article 452 of the Civil Law.

Therefore, his heirs could not be in any demand from his donation to the

Turkish Nation.

This is a law about that the disposal of His Excelency

Gazi Mustafa Kemal is excluded from the articles 452

related to reserved rights of the heirs in the Turkish Civil Law.

I think this law is unique example in the world
