Jyotisha takes many years to learn, and is a path that opens the eye to understanding the inter-relatedness of all things in a synchronous universe. Vedic Astrology or Jyotish uses the Sidereal Zodiac, which is using the fixed constellation of stars called Aries, Taurus, Gemini, etc., as a backdrop to calculate the positions and movements of the planets. This is also what astronomers use in their calculations. Western Astrology uses the Tropical zodiac, which is based on the premise that the Sun will be at zero degrees Aries annually on the 21st March. E.g.: business people who want to inject positive energies in their business and staff, people who have a broken heart, others who have had a lot of bad luck in their life. What is ’a pandit’?

A pandit or pundit is a scholar and a teacher, particularly one skilled in the Sanskrit language, who has mastered the four Vedic scriptures, Vedic astrology, Hindu rituals, Hindu law, religion, music, and/or philosophy under a Guru or has been tutored under the ancient Vedic Guru-Shishya academic tradition. The English loan word pundit is derived from it but has been used to broadly refer to any of the following: Siddhas, Siddhars, Naths, Ascetics, Sadhus, or Yogis. In the original usage of the word, "Pandit", synonymous to "Purohits", refers to a Hindu, almost always a Brahmin, who has memorized a substantial portion of the Vedas, along with the corresponding rhythms and melodies for chanting religious verses or singing them during prayers or rituals. The Pandit Durga Prasad works a lot with the Goddess Durga Mata from who he downloads higher energies.

How does an appointment works?

We appreciate that you call or email Pandit Durga Prasat first to make an appointment that fits Durga’s schedule as well as yours. Important is to handle him your birthday date and correct birthday hour.

The first visit is combined with certain old traditional Indian methods (throwing shells, hand reading, birthday chart reading) in which Durga tells you what kind of obstacles he sees in your life. And which energies he can send in to these situations/people/obstacles/yourself to solve these obstacles. The financial charge for the first visit is a free contribution. Some give 20 euro, others 30 euro, 40 euro and even 50 euro.

It is your own free choice and will to proceed with his advice and to visit him a second time. Every person has different obstacles and requires a different time investment for Durga to perform his prayers and download these higher energies to solve the problems. Therefore, Durga will let you know how much the price is to solve the problems you have on an energy level.

Durga is born in India and his bloodline has always been specialized in Vedic astrology. His father was a Pandit, his grandfather also, and so on… Since the age of 8 years old Durga went to the ashram of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in India and had his 18-year training to become a Pandit.
