Our modern state-of-the-art processing facility is strategically located in the traditional �shing heartland of north-east of Scotland, where the catching and processing of the �nest quality seafood from the pristine seas around the Scottish coast is a way of life.
Scottish Shell�shOur product range includes Scottish langoustines and Scottish crab and scallops, which are sustainably harvested from the North Sea and West of Scotland and are carefully processed to ensure optimum quality. We work in partnership with �shermen to ensure careful handling of the catch at all stages of the supply chain.
Scottish Smoked SalmonOur smoked salmon operation, Lossie Seafoods, was founded over 100 years ago and is today renowned as one of Scotland’s leading artisan producers of quality Scottish smoked salmon. Using time-honoured curing and smoking techniques developed over three generations, our master smokers have developed an excellent range of superb tasting Scottish smoked
salmon. This is why our Scottish smoked salmon is known across the world as The Pride of Scotland.
We are a leading producer of the highest quality Scottish langoustines, with a wide product range that is supplied to the wholesale and retail sectors for both UK and international customers.
As soon as the catch is brought ashore, we carefully wash, grade and pack our langoustines, which can be supplied either fresh or frozen (glazed for optimum quality). Sweet tasting and succulent, our langoustines are available in a variety of pack sizes and grades depending on customer requirements.
Our product range includes frozen whole Scottish langoustines, langoustine tails and peeled scampi.

We specialise in supplying premium Scottish smoked salmon to customers around the world for both the wholesale, catering and retail sectors, and our products are now a regular feature on the dinner tables of some of the world’s most prestigious hotels and restaurants.

We supply the �nest Scottish crab products either chilled or frozen. Our range of products includes crab meats that are available either pasteurised or unpasteurised in a variety of pack sizes from small 100g pots through to frozen 3kg blocks. We specialise in vacuum packed meats in sizes ranging from 250g to 3kg.

We also supply all sizes of crab claws as well as premium quality full-meated vacuum packed crab. We also have available a range of added value crab products such as

All our Scottish crab is caught from sustainable stocks by �shermen who practice responsible �shing techniques.
