pany in Hartford, Connecticut. Over
the decades, The Associated Con-

zation that has constructed thou-
sands of buildings throughout

Associated is the best way to ensure
adherence to strict budgets and tight
schedules. When acting as your Con-
struction Manager, we take full re-
sponsibility for the coordination and
supervision of an entire project from
inception to occupancy—and regu-
larly reduce both construction time
and Owner costs significantly. As the
Owner, you will be involved in all de-
cisions, and kept informed about
construction costs, scheduling and
savings. You will be in control of your
project without being directly re-
sponsible for the day-to-day manage-
ment. That’s our job.

current knowledge of competitive

Due to the ever-increasing cost of
health care, this industry is in a pro-
cess of reinvention. New procedures
and technology spur hospitals, im-
mediate care centers, surgi-centers
and health care complexes to reno-
vate and reconfigure existing space
and build additions or new facilities.
With our diversified background,
preconstruction services and value
engineering capabilities, Associated is
the ideal choice as a partner in these
demanding projects.

Commercial and office space
The complexity and dollar volume
of commercial and corporate office
projects are simply too great to rely
on chance. Every day, competitive
bids come in too high, causing expen-
sive delays, revisions and lost con-
struction time.
To the contrary, Associated works
with your design team to deliver the
cost analysis and value engineering
needed to achieve maximum quality
within budget. We have saved mil-
lions of dollars and months of delays
for our commercial clients.

assuring quality construction, creat-
ing tenant-attracting amenities and
