A rare and lucrative position has just been created for an exceptional Managing Consultant/ Manager level Recruitment Specialist to take over the running of this established permanent division and join the management team.
One of the most prominent firms ,operating solely within construction and property related markets in the UK, now seek an Associate Director to lead and develop their existing team. As an Associate Director you will join the Management Team and alongside the existing Directors , will extend and strengthen an already impressive permanent business which has grown significantly over the last 5 years.
This role would suit a proven senior-level Recruiter within any Property or Construction discipline that has ambition to take the leading role in an established permanent team that will grow into one of the largest built environment teams in London. While you will be responsible for winning and managing your own portfolio of work, you will also inherit the existing portfolio of clients and the current team, with a remit to expand the business with more ambitious recruiters.
