Receiving activities include unloading, material handling, shipment inspection and verification.

Using scanning device fully integrated to our WMS, providing us a real time visibility on inventory and movement inside the facility.

Every week, our platform can receive and processe an average of 10 40’ containers.

The deliveries can be both air freight and sea freight.


Put Away

To optimize the space use in our warehouse, locations for put away are managed by a system based on multiple criteria (type of goods, ABC class…).

Our warehouse assistants only have to confirm the put away location by scanning it.

As all the key data are recorded in the system, tracking goods can be easily performed.


Data control

Dedicated areas enables us to perform specific requirements, like weight and dimension measurements to control initial data accuracy.

Our fully trained staff are also able to perform more value added services under customer’s specifications, like display assembling, kitting, labeling, etc…


Sorting

Once customer’s PO are consolidated into our WMS through either direct upload or individual input on our PO management platform.

Our WMS then creates picking tasks. Our warehouse assistants prepare cargo and loading plans.

When the picking/sorting is done , the items are transferred to the loading zone for final check.

The flexibility and adaptability of our staff enable us to process high volumes within very tight deadlines.

Following a loading plan, our staff proceed to carefully stuffing containers.

Over 10 20’ and 10 40’ containers plus some air freight shipments leave the warehouse monthly to our customers in Europe and else.

A picture is taking of every single container closing and seal.

To provide a fast response, ASIL ships the goods within few days after booking is received for overseas customers or local shippers.
