I just finished these 2 videos based on my latest script: "Ascension Meditation # 3 that I'm

pasting below. The videos, if anything, are more powerful than the written script forhelping us to experience divine peace & joy in every moment & ascend & heal along with

Gaia & create an immortal crystalline body of light in our human body this year because,

This divinely inspired ascension meditation keeps changing & becoming more powerful

every time I do it - but it still combines facets of prayer,guided meditation & visualization,affirmations, deep connected breathing, calling upon the help & guidance of our "I Am

Presence," the Holy Spirit, & all of the Ascended Masters & Archangels,& angels helping

with the ascension of Gaia & mankind, & calling upon & using the Mahatma Energy, theViolet Flame & all the other rays of the Sacred Fire Love & Ascension Energy to help

every person ascend along with Mother Earth (Gaia), & to help each of us experience inner

peace & joy & create an immortal crystalline body of Light within our human body thisyear. .

The words in the meditation are imbued with the power & Divine Blessings of the 'I Am

Presence' of all Life, the Holy Spirit, Archangels, angels, & Ascended Masters to help you

manifest what is being affirmed in the meditation, or better, for the highest good of all. AndI also give my heartfelt thanks to everyone who posts wonderful things for our spiritual

Affirm now, "I now concentrate my energy body...& I also expand it evenly in all

directions. I call Divine Light to me now from Source in the Central Suns. I now open my

Cosmic Star Portal, & I open my Earth Star Portal as well; & I open & my Soul Star Portal,& my Celestial Soul Star Portal. I now activate my Prana Tube, & extend it thru all of my

higher chakras to Source in the Central Suns, & down thru my central channel and my root

chakra to the heart of Gaia. Thank You God - & So It Is!

Now, let's center ourselves on our heartbeat & affirm, "In the name of my "I Am Presence",

I call to me now the "White Fire Love & the transmuting Violet Flames from Source in theCentral Suns, & I breathe in this Divine Love & Light with my every breath." Keeping

your awareness on your breathing, breathe in & out deeply using your diaphragm with no

pause between your breaths. "I command the White Fire Love to permeate every cell in my

body... & every atom & electron ... & permeate all of my DNA." 'Feel' the White Fire Loveperform its 'Intelligent' functions of healing & energizing throughout your Whole Being.

With each in-breath, 'feel' every cell being energized & brought back to radiant health...

'feel' every cell shining in the perfection of our I Am Avatar Blueprint with the energies of

the White Fire Love as it continually flows into you with each breath through all of the StarPortals connected to you, then thru your higher chakras and your central channel, and then

thru your whole body & aura. And command the 'Violet Flames' to enter every cell...everyatom...every electron, & every aspect of our Being that has mis-qualified energy and

transmute, redeem, & re-qualify all such blocks - bringing back the divine perfection of

God's Light within all such areas ." 'Feel' this deeply. And with each out-breath, breathe outall discomforts, stresses and strains & mis-qualified energy. 'Feel' your whole Being

becoming lighter, & Gods inner peace & joy bubbling up.

Now affirm, "In the name of our "I Am Presence," & with Divine Love & Gratitude, we

now merge our Consciousness with the Consciousness of the planetary Crystalline ChristGrid... we now merge our Consciousness with the Consciousness of the Solar Christ Grid...

we now merge our Consciousness with the Consciousness of the "I AM Presence" of

Father/Mother/ God in the Central Suns... we now merge our Consciousness with theConsciousness of the Cosmic Christ... we now merge our Consciousness with the

Consciousness of all of the Light-workers on Earth & the "I Am Avatar" of the 'Children of

the Sun'... we now merge our Consciousness with the Consciousness of the "I AmPresence" in every human being... and with Consciousness of Gaia... & with the

Consciousness of all the Angels & Devas & directing forces of Nature...& with the

Affirm , "In the name of my I Am Presence, & by & thru the magnetic power of the SacredFire vested in me, I now call to me from Source in the Central Suns all of the Rays of the

Sacred Fire Love & all of the Love, Light , & Creative Intelligence that is: helping every

human being release all blocks to each person experiencing God's inner peace, joy, & Bliss;that is helping lift all suffering in every person, & that is helping redeem & re-qualify all

mis-qualified energy everywhere in Gaia. I command this Intelligent Love & Light energy

to be extended thru me & the Christ grids to all of Gaia & to every human being in every

In the name of my "I Am Presence," I now call to me from Source in the Central Suns &from Gaia a holographic merkaba sphere to encompass Gaia & all life on Gaia, & I direct

all of Gods Love & Light being called forth for our ascension to continually enter the

merkaba sphere & continually fill my whole Being & be extended thru the Christ grids &throughout all of Gaia & all of creation in every moment. This merkaba remains anchored

in my heart chakra, & my Consciousness remains merged with Father/Mother/God, & with

And now, for further clearing, & to help your body accept all of the 5th dimensional

energies we are calling forth, lets call to us now, thru our 'I Am Presence' and thru the

'Mahatma', a Divine Energy from Source which is electric aqua-blue in color. Wecommand this Divine Light Energy to perform its Intelligent Functions in helping raise our

vibrations & clear out everything not of the Light in us, & to flow completely through ourcellular structure.... molecular & atomic structure... & completely thru all of our four

bodies" This electric aqua-blue Energy is also a great conductor of Higher Divine Energies

for you & for Gaia. Now, visualize this electric aqua-blue Light Energy flowing fromSource thru your Cosmic Star Portal and your whole Being, then passing thru your Earth

Star Portal to the crystalline heart of Gaia... then throughout Gaia. And as this Divine

energy continues to flow thru your channel visualize it becoming wider... and stronger...

and clearer with your every breath. This electrical aqua-blue energy is clearing out all thedebris, helping all your physical body chakras come into harmony and balance.

And lets also call forth now, in the name of our I Am Presence, & by & thru theMahatma , we now call to us from Source in the Central Suns the Divine Mahatma Energy'

& 'White Fire Love', & we command the Mahatma Energy & White Fire Love to

continually flow in us & permeate our Whole Being, & then flow throughout Gaia. And wecan easily stay centered in our GodSelf & attuned to this 5th dimensional energy by letting

the name 'Mahatma' repeat itself in our mind, like a mantra." Just allow the word 'Mahatma'

to flow through your mind. This will link you with the 'I Am Presence' from Source in the

Central Suns, & help raise your vibrations to the 5th dimensional frequencies & release anyblocks to your ascension. Now bring this energy through your central channel. "I command

this Intelligent Love & Light energy to permeate all of my body, fill every cell... every

organ and gland: the pineal gland,... pituitary gland,... thyroid..., thymus..., adrenals...,gonads... fill every atom & electron... fill all of my DNA... & fill all my entire four body

Now move your attention to the area of your back, between your shoulder blades, where

your thymus gland is. Many would know it as the higher heart. Affirm, "I command the

Mahatma energy & White Fire Love energy to flow in & energize & clear my heart chakra,& expand Gods Love & Light in my One Heart... & in my Higher Heart." 'Feel' yourself

opening up to these feelings of Divine Love... these feelings of lightness... these feelings of

light-heartedness. Visualize and 'feel' your heart chakra opening up like a satellite dish,drawing in the Divine White & Gold & Silver energy of Divine Love & Light. And now as

this energy of love is flowing through you, I'd like you to affirm: "Beloved

Father/Mother/God That I Am, I now choose to accept & maintain the Mahatma energy &

White Fire Love Energy in my entire Energy Matrix. I Am Mahatma. I choose to allow afull and open radiation of my Divine Self & All That I Am to "All" That Is - Here &

Now....I AM THAT I AM...Trigger the Light, the Light, the Light. Trigger the Light, the

Now, letting "Mahatma" continue to repeat in your mind, I would ask you to see & 'feel'this Light permeating more and more into the totality of your physical body & your cellular

structure... then expanding throughout your emotional body... your mental & etheric

bodies.... Using this Divine Mahatma & White Fire Love Energy, you will find that there isno resistance from the past stopping your cellular structure from becoming Light. This

energy of Mahatma has never been misused, so therefore you don't have cellular memory

about being harmed by this energy. So see & 'feel' this Divine Mahatma & White Fire Love

Energy as particles of Crystalline White, Gold & Silver Light - expanding throughout yourcellular structure... your atoms & electrons... your DNA, and into your aura & 4 body

system. Now, lets trigger the Light again, & as you repeat the words, "Light. Light, Light,

'feel' the Light expanding further & more deeply within you. See & 'Feel' yourselfbecoming Light. "Trigger the Light, the Light, the Light. . Expand, expand, expand, into

Now lets call to us from Source Gods Platinum Cosmic Light of Unity Consciousness &

direct this White-Gold Light to permeate & merge with every particle of our Being, &

bring forth Unity Consciousness & Bliss throughout all of the living Light Intelligences in

us.... Now lets say out loud together, "I Am a Fifth Dimensional Being of CrystallineWhite Light.... I AM Divine Cosmic Christ Love...I Am Cosmic Christ Avatar.... I Am

That I AM. Omooommm...Omoomm...OMoomm...

Now lets focus on our subconscious & ego & ask our GodSelf to bring up everything we

are not aware of from the 3rd dimension for releasing into the Light , saying out loud,

"Now you know & understand, subconscious mind & ego, that what you have justwitnessed on all levels of my being has nothing to do with the 3rd dimension, nothing to do

with: (take a moment to allow anything to surface & then release it into God's White Fire

Love & Mahatma Energy). My Whole Being & four body system is now Fifth

Dimensional. I Am That I Am. OMooommm...OMooommm... Omooommm... Thank You

Continue to let 'Mahatma' repeat in your mind. As you breathe out, see & 'feel' those thingswhich are no longer needed in you being released from those areas of your cellular body

that are not in harmony. Breath out the fear from your cellular structure. Breathe in the

energy of Mahatma & the White Fire Love. And lets repeat out loud 3 times after each inbreath, "I am Mahatma," and as you breathe out, "I am free from fear. I am Love.

OMooommm... OMooommm... OMooommm... Thank You God - & So IT Is!"

Now visualize two meters, or five to seven feet above your crown chakra a star. We will

call this your Source Star. This, my brothers and sisters, is your twelfth chakra. Now

visualize a Golden Cord between Source in the Central Suns and your twelfth chakra... then

between your 12th chakra and your crown chakra... then extend the Golden Cord thru yourcentral channel & into the crystalline heart of Gaia. When you have this pictured in your

mind,(or affirmed in your mind with faith), affirm, "In the name of my "I AM Presence," &

by & thru the Mahatma, I call to me from Source in the Central Suns a Golden Cord that

extends from Source thru my 12th chakra & my whole Being, to the crystalline heart ofGaia. I command the Mahatma Energy to flow thru this Gold Cord continually while I am

repeating the 'Mahatma' mantra." See and 'feel' the Mahatma Energy, this Gold & SilverEnergy of Love & Light flowing thru this Gold Cord, from Source, thru You, thru Gaia, &

to Her Crystalline Heart...then back again to Source. As you continue to visualize this, see

& 'feel' the Golden & Silver Light in the Mahatma Cord becoming brighter and clearer... &see & 'feel' the Golden Mahatma Cord becoming stronger & clearer as well. Once you have

built this channel, practice taking the Mahatma Energy thru the Golden Mahatma Cord

from Source, thru You and into Gaia, and back to Source, over and over again... and each

time 'feel' it becoming stronger and clearer... until there is nothing but Light. So, expand,expand expand... And as you build this Golden Mahatma Cord thru continued practice, it

will expand into a channel thru which you will be able to bring thru your creative abilities,

your Christ Consciousness, your Avatar Blueprint, and much more - all of the abilitieswhich are inherent in you! Thank You God - & So It Is"

You can slowly come out of meditation at this point, or continue on to the 2nd part...

PART 2

This starts the 2nd part of the ascension meditation. Both parts can be done in one sitting,

or separately. So once again, I welcome you all, my brothers & sisters, in joy & love. And

we join together in Spirit & Consciousnes to help each other & all of Gaia ascend into the5th dimension & manifest our immortal crystalline body of Light in our present body, &

help each other unfold & experience Christ Consciousness & our 'I Am Avatar Blueprint

& live in harmony with all of life on Gaia in every moment. Now lets all of us call forthtogether our own 'I Am Presence, the Holy Spirit, & all of the Ascended Masters,

Archangels, & angels throughout the galaxy that are helping mankind to help each of us in

every moment manifest everything we are affirming together, or better, for the highestgood of all.

Let's start by reaffirming our grounding (if you havent done so already, call to you from

Source a Golden Cord of Divine Love & extend it to the crystalline heart of Gaia & affirm

& anchor it in your Core Star ), "I Am grounded on Gaia & in Gods Love & protection

thru my Golden Cord in every moment." And now let's bring our attention to the Presence

of Father/Mother/ God in our heart. Use deep connected breathing, with no pauses betweenyour breaths, & simply breathe with God - invite God to breathe thru you... to breathe in

you...to breathe as you so your every breath is a breath of Gods Love & Light that

permeates your whole Being in every moment. And with every out-breath, 'feel' Godsinner peace, & harmony, & tranquility expanding throughout your whole being... really

'feel' yourself surrendering to God's Love & Peace in your innermost heart, your One-

Heart. 'Feel' yourself merging with the Presence of Gods Diamond Heart Perfectionthroughout your Whole Being...... Now transcend even deeper into our Divine Heart by

simply allowing the words 'Inner Sun' to repeat in your minds like a mantra for a few

moments, for the 'Inner Sun is the portal in the innermost chamber of our heart thru which

we merge with all of our Soul extensions & ascend. So, let 'Inner Sun flow in your mindnow: Inner Sun... Inner Sun... Inner Sun...... And see yourself approaching the portal now

thru which we ascend, see yourself approaching & entering into the Light of your Inner

Sun...the Light of your Soul which is waiting to merge with you while you are still in the

body..the Light of Father/Mother/God shining forth thru your Soul. And this my friends isa simple practice that you can do at any time, both in or out of meditation to help with your

ascension, & to help you experience inner Divine peace & joy. Its easy - just focus onyour heart, use deep connected breathing, ask God to breathe with you & in you, & then

start the 'Inner Sun mantra.

Now we begin to purify, balance, & activate our physical body chakras. Let's bring our

attention to our base chakra & visualize breathing in & out of our base chakra, & use deep

connected breathing while doing so. Lets also start up the Mahatma mantra - letting

Mahatma repeat itself in your mind in an easy & natural way. Affirm together now, "Inthe name of my "I Am Presence," & by & thru the Mahatma, I call to me now from Source

a spiraling vortex field of the Mahatma energy spinning counter-clockwise around my base

chakra, with the primordial midpoint center of stillness anchored in my Core Star (which isin your solar plexus chakra area)." So visualize the Gold & Silver Mahatma Light spinning

in the counter-clockwise vortex completely around your base chakra, & then extend the

vortex to encompass your 4-body system around your base chakra. As you breath out, see& 'feel' everything not of Gods Light spinning out of the vortex, releasing back to Source.

See and 'feel' all the crystallized 3rd dimensional energies spinning out from your base

chakra & your emotional and mental and etheric body's, spinning out of the vortex &

releasing back to Source all the accumulated energies that are not of the Light. Again 'feel'the Mahatma Energy enlightening your cellular structure... see and 'feel' your entire four

body system becoming Light....becoming Love. Again, keeping your awareness on your

base chakra, affirm out loud, "I Am Love. I Am Light. Trigger the Light, the Light, theLight. Expand, expand, expand into the Light. Expand into the Light. My 1st chakra is fully

open and activated and balancedNow!.I Am Faith. I radiate Divine Grace in every

moment. OMooomm.... OMoomm.... OMooommm....Thank You God - & So It Is! "

Now bring your attention to your sacral chakra, for the 2nd chakra is the polarity chakra,

and it is important to integrate the two polarities, male and female. Use the Mahatma

mantra & breathe in & out of your sacral chakra, & bring the spiraling vortex of the

Mahatma energy around your 2nd chakra & your 4-body system surrounding it, with the

midpoint center of stillness always in your Core Star. Visualize the Gold & Silver Light of

Mahatma spiraling around your 2nd chakra. See and 'feel' all the energies that havedisassociated themselves from the Light spinning out thru the vortex & out through your

emotional and mental and etheric bodys, spinning out of the vortex & releasing back to

Source all these accumulated energies that are not of the Light. See & 'feel' Shiva & Shakti,the feminine & masculine aspects of the Mahatma Energy merging as one energy as it

rotates counterclockwise in your 2nd chakra. See this Divine Gold & Silver Mahatma

Energy turning to white as it spins, now merging in Father/Mother/God's White Light. Nowremaining focused on your sacral chakra, affirm out loud, "Trigger the Light, the Light, the

Light....Expand into the Light. I Am Love. I Am Light. I Am That I AM. My 2nd chakra is

fully open and activated and balancedNOW! I Am Balance. I radiate the Divine Light of

Union in every moment. OMooommm...OMooommm...OMooommm..." Thank You God -& So It Is!

Now, focus on your third chakra. Again, breathe the Mahatma Energy deeply thru your 3rd

chakra. Continue to use the Mahatma mantra & call to you from Source the Mahatmaenergy in a spiraling vortex around your 3rd chakra & your 4-body system surrounding it.

Visualize the Divine Gold & Silver Light from Source picking up in the spiraling vortex allof the mis-qualified energy around your 3rd chakra, & spinning & spiraling it back out to

Source in the Central Suns. See & 'feel' your third chakra becoming permeated with the

Mahatma Energy... becoming empowered with this energy... becoming clear with thisDivine Energy. Visualize again the Mahatma Energy spinning in the counterclockwise

vortex throughout your whole Being and clearing out all the accumulated mis-qualified

energies. See & really 'feel' this. And again, trigger this chakra with the Light, saying out

loud,"Trigger the Light, the Light, the Light. Expand into the Light. I am Light. I Am Love.I Am That I AM. My 3rd chakra is fully open and balanced and activatedNOW! I Am

Purity. I radiate the Patterns of the Immaculate Concept in every moment.

Now let us go to our fourth chakra. Continue to use the Mahatma mantra & breathe the

Mahatma Energy deeply thru your heart chakra. Again, call to you from Source theMahatma energy in a spiraling vortex around your 4th chakra & your 4-body system

surrounding it. Visualize the Divine Gold & Silver Light from Source picking up in the

vortex all the blocks in your heart chakra & spiraling them back out to Source in the

Central Suns. See and 'feel' the Diamond Heart Presence of Gods perfection shiningbrilliantly in your heart chakra now. See & 'feel' your heart chakra becoming permeated

with the Gold & Silver Mahatma Energy... becoming empowered with this energy...

becoming clear with this Divine Energy. Visualize again the Mahatma Energy spinning inthe counterclockwise vortex throughout your whole Being and clearing out any remaining

mis-qualified energies. And again, see & 'feel' the Christ Love & Light in your heart chakra

now. Affirm out loud, "Trigger the Light, trigger the Light, trigger the Light. Expand,Expand, Expand into the Light. I AM Love. I am Light. I Am That I Am. My heart chakra

is fully open and balanced and activatedNOW! I Am Divine Compassion. I radiate

Now we breathe the Mahatma Energy deeply thru our throat chakra & continue to use the

Mahatma mantra. Call to you from Source the Mahatma energy in a spiraling vortexaround your 5th chakra & 4-body system. Visualize the Gold & Silver Mahatma energy

spinning counter-clockwise in the spiraling vortex around your throat chakra, with

everything not of the Light spiraling out of your 5th chakra & back to Source. See & 'feel'your throat chakra becoming permeated with the Mahatma Energy... becoming empowered

with this energy... becoming clear with this Divine Energy. See your throat chakra spinning

in a balanced way, energized with this Divine Gold and Silver Mahatma Energy. See &

'feel' the Mahatma Energy activating your throat chakra, so that what we speak has theDivine Energy of Love...and conveys the idea and the wisdom of Love with our voices to

others.... so that everything we say has energy & positive vibrations of Divine Love..... And

again, as you see & 'feel' your throat becoming Light, becoming Love, say out loud,

For the 6th chakra, we again breathe the Mahatma Energy deeply thru our 3rd eye chakra &continue to use the Mahatma mantra. Call to you from Source the Mahatma energy in a

spiraling vortex around your 6th chakra & your 4-body system surrounding it. Visualize the

Gold & Silver Mahatma energy spinning counter-clockwise in the spiraling vortex around

your 3rd eye chakra, with everything not of the Light spiraling out & back to Source. See& 'feel' your 6th chakra and your pineal gland becoming permeated with the Mahatma

Energy... becoming empowered with this energy... becoming clear with this Divine Energy.

See & 'feel' the Divine Gold & Silver Mahatma Energy activating the crystalline palace inyour pineal gland & your third eye chakra now. See & 'feel' the Mahatma Energy activating

our clairvoyant and channeling abilities, that we may use them in association with the

Light... that we may channel words and images which will help the rest of humanity torealize the Love & Divine Truth within each person. And as you see & 'feel' your 6th

chakra and pineal gland enlightening, affirm out loud, "Trigger the Light, trigger the Light,

trigger the Light."My sixth chakra is Mahatma. My Third Eye & Pineal are fully open &

And now, our crown chakras. Again, breathe the Mahatma Energy deeply thru your 7th

chakra & continue to use the Mahatma mantra. Call to you from Source the Mahatma

energy in a spiraling vortex around your 7th chakra & 4-body system surrounding it.Visualize the Gold & Silver Mahatma energy picking up in the vortex everything not of the

Light 7 spiraling it back out to Source. See & 'feel' your 7th chakra becoming permeated

with the Mahatma Energy... becoming empowered with this energy... becoming clear with

this Divine Energy. Visualize again the Mahatma Energy spinning in the counterclockwise
