President Barack Obamas honeymoon with NewJersey women is over.

A Monmouth University/Asbury Park Press pollout Wednesday finds that Obamas job rating has hitan all-time low in New Jersey, driven primarily by adecline among women.

The poll marks the first time that New Jersey wom-en registered a net negative opinion of the president.Obamas rating among women in the state is 44 per-cent approve to 50 percent disapprove, compared toJunes 50 percent approve to 46 percent disapprove.

Overall, 45 percent of New Jersey adults approveof Obamas work and 50 percent disapprove. Amongregistered voters, its 41-54.

Retired teacher Rose Blanchard said Obama had itcoming.

The Neptune resident is a registered Democrat butsaid she was offended by Obamas latte salute when he held a coffee cup during a less-than-formalsalute to waiting Marines outside Marine One on Sept.23.

Blanchard had extra reason to be irked. Her son is aMarine lieutenant colonel stationed in California afterbeing deployed in Iraq.

I was totally insulted by the latte salute and for meit validated my feelings about the president. I dontget the feeling he loves America, Blanchard said.

Pollster Patrick Murray said global unrest isamong the factors softening Obamas numbers.
