New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced the mandatory quarantines as well as other ramped-up screening protocols that took place immediately at JFK and Newark Liberty In- ternational Airports. One health care worker who had contact with Ebola patients in Africa and who landed at Newark Liberty Airport Friday already has been quarantined, even though she initially had no symptoms.
