Annual Breakfast Goals in 2013

- Tell our Story of Impact- youth, artists, community, citizens we serve…- Share emotional and rational reasons to support our org.

- Expand Awareness of Organization in Community

- Find New Donors- Opportunity to expand in ind. giving revenue category- Capture business community (a la Breakfast)

- Creating Videos support Fundraising & Communications efforts

- Respect busy schedules- Programmed event can only last 1 hour (8:00 – 9:00AM)

Annual Breakfast Components

- Friend-raising & Fundraising event- Moving videos and testimonials from youth, artists, community

- Spoke & Wheel Model to fill the room- Table Captains volunteer to invite guests to fill their table

- Get 50, 70 or 90 captains and then room is filled x10

- Event Co-Chairs assist and guide in all aspects

- No Cost to attend- Our job to move people to donate, if they choose to…- Event sponsors covered cost of event; all donations from

attendees go straight to impacting mission

- Transparency – No Bait & Switch

The goal of our breakfast is both friend-raising and fund-raising.

If you aren’t already, we hope by the end of the event you will have become a huge fan of
