Coppin State: Updated Primary marks, added Secondary Marks, updated Gold Pantone

Dalton State College: Removed all Institutional Marks

Dixie State University: Added new Athletic Marks

Drew University: Added additional Secondary and Sport Specific Marks

East Tennessee: Updated color and embroidery thread information
