When is an immigrant not an immigrant?Arnold is naturalized. Obama may notbe if he traveled on that passport after 18 but then did not apply to become naturalized.

Why is Arnold an immigrant but Obama is not? Because his parents did not register his

birth here? Plus - our law does not state IMMIGRANTS may not become elected to this

office; it states you must be NATURAL BORN. What do you do if you have an accent

thus your truth can be heard even if it cannot be seen? You encourage a person to go first

to test the law and you make sure hes more than willing to break the law so you can do

all of your encouraging from behind the scenes as then - hell do all the dirty work for

you. You wait to see what SCOTUS does if someone sues and thats only if the peopleeven bother to act to protect their rights. This is no conspiracy theory as it is happening

NOW thus it is history. You know what this is? Sleight of hand, eye and ear. Its a

conspiracy of men who have all the wealth and unfair advantage acting against women

and the unethical acting against the ethical. If only I had Bloombergs advertising budget

that is FREE as he owns most of the news. At least the news we are allowed to know

that is...Gee it was awfully quiet around my suit and other natural birth suits for a while,

wasnt it?

Bloomberg the pint-size billionaire whose last name needs no elaboration for anyone who knows

anything about finance or the media was talking about saving the planet. With the mayors of more than

30 of the world's largest cities at his side, Bloomberg was opening a climate summit, highlighting his

ambitious plan to slash the Big Apple's carbon emissions. Together, the mayors pledged to enlist their 250

million constituents in the fight against global warming. "Unfortunately, partisan politics has immobilized

Washington," Bloomberg said. "But the public wants this problem solved. Cities can't wait any longer for

national governments to act."

At a lab in Toronto a week later, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger the fridge-

size multimillionaire whose last name needs no elaboration, period was talking about eliminating disease. The

Governator was announcing a new stem-cell partnership with Ontario, highlighting the $3 billion his state is

investing in research the Bush Administration has opposed. In that unmistakableAhhll-be-bahhkaccent, the five-

time Mr. Universe spoke of his father-in-law Sargent Shriver, the Peace Corps founder who suffers from

Alzheimer's and no longer recognizes his family. "I look forward to curing all these terrible illnesses,"

Schwarzenegger said. "We're showing how powerful a state can be. Cahh-lifornia doesn't need to wait for the

Federal government."

The Hollywood brute and the Wall Street mogul may look like the oddest couple since Twins, but there's a reason

Schwarzenegger calls Bloomberg his soul mate. They're both self-confident, self-made men who rose to stardom

from middle-class obscurity Bloomberg in Medford, Mass., Schwarzenegger in Thal, Austria through TigerWoods-level determination and Donald Trump-level salesmanship. They're both socially liberal Republicans who

have flourished in Democratic political cultures; Schwarzenegger is even a member of the Kennedy clan, through

his marriage to Maria Shriver. They both bounced back from poison-ivy approval ratings to easy re-elections in

influential places Bloomberg in the world's media and financial center, Schwarzenegger in what he calls "the

nation-state of California," the world's entertainment trendsetter and eighth-largest economy. They're lessscripted than most politicians and seem to have more fun. Despite their image as a cutthroatbusinessman and a shoot-'em-up macho man, they try to avoid political confrontation. Andthey've both been talked up as centrist Presidential candidates Bloomberg in 2008, even thoughhe says he's not running, and Schwarzenegger someday in the future, even though theConstitution currently prohibits immigrants from running. Currently? Why, do you have a plan?Who holds meetings to discuss the possibility of running if hesnot? Who holds meetings to assess the cost to buy the election if he is not going to do it? And who holds

a press conference to say he DECIDED he will not run if he was never going to run? Bloomie acted

upon the idea of running thus he lied and is lying now as if his actual truth is I am not running? Then

there would have been no action on his part. Being from NY I know the offices of Governor, Senator

and NYC Mayor are used as a means to access the Whitehouse as if NY were a doormat. $1 is no

bargain for NYC or NY or the US; you might call it a deal with a devil not the devil. Theres a few

disturbing facts - as in history in this story. All you needed to know are a few other facts of CA and

from around the world. I entered hardcore proof you cannot deny. None of this is accident or

coincidence; it is the unjust exploiting a system that is now unjust due to the refusal of this planet to

accord women liberty rights and other civil rights that are human rights.

In 2007 I entered this story by naming the magazine and its cover and supporting it with other evidence

rising to proof beyond any doubt as it is fact, as in actual reality, to then conclusively prove that

Natural birth was about to be removed from our law w/o me or women being accorded our rights

actual equal protection and due process and to prove all offices are unchecked thus any person with

the money or connections could then buy an office or title; that our law was about to be

unconstitutionally amended in such a way it would forever deny me and all women and children plus all

enlisted service members justice. I stated, as fact, that if you harm all women, all children and all

enlisted service members? And make it permanent? You then ensure all of humanity is injured as there

are only two kinds of humans: Boys andGirls plus only two kinds of citizens who possess the right:

mothers and veterans. I was told I was never harmed that I never had any children - and that I wascrazy and dumb. If Im so stupid and Im so crazy then you tell me how it all came to pass??? If I was

never injured how did I know this??? Its not ESP; its science as some science is law of this universe

just as some theology is law. Government can become a science an actual art - especially if its

elegant.

I exactly named Hawaii based on my unique facts one of which is intelligence but I did not name

Obama, as I had no idea he was from Hawaii until 2008. Like Bloomie, Obama is a fair weather

citizen. Who and what are you if you keep changing it at your whim and will? Obama could not even

state if he was Christian or Muslim, Kenyan or Indonesian, Hawaiian or Illinois-ian. Bloomie? He was a

Democrat, then a Republican and now he claims to be Independent as its a set up he plans to buy theoffice at some future point. How do I know this as fact? Him as he told us and then acted upon the

thought and ME, as Im constant and Im independent; if you are actually independent? You do not act

this way How is this independent? As youre dependentupon popularity and obtuseness - plus 20 year

olds change who and what they are every five seconds not 60 year olds. If you are everything, as you

never define you even remotely or as you switch from party to party to party, you have all kinds of

friends in high places, dont you? Whos your opposing force? Nobody, as they all own a piece of you

or you own them outright.

If we had only Jefferson and no Hamilton what would have become of us? Not much. Take me as I

needed to oppose SCOTUS as it then advanced my own cause my personhood. What will we turn into

if we become a homogenous sea of nothing but unethical human chameleons? You might change A

belief or even SOME beliefs but do you then change an entire belief system? Without actual reason or

cause? PUH LEEZ! Thats: Unconstitutional, as you have no faith. Once again use my life as an

example as no matter what any person said or did and no matter what harm I suffered at the hands of an

authority or an institution I not once, not ever doubted US law or God. I did have to amend some

beliefs and I did have to let go of others but nothing and no one could force or cause me to violate my

ethic or the law and no one could shake my faith in US law.

I would know as fact if a person were actually independent. Im the foremost expert and leading

authority on Independence as I was born independent and declared my independence over and over and

never looked back. If Im ever 60 and cant decide who and what I am? You have my permission to putme out to pasture as my brain and my soul is mush.

The unjust authorities and unjust citizens not once managed to shake or break my faith in something

else: The Justices and SCOTUS itself. So you know John Roberts: I can and will testify in Will s

defense whoever he is as I know as fact w/o question he truly did not know something and that is

because of the nature of the injury. Remember he was honest as honest could be about his person and

his true beliefs; that threat? It was proof that he had been injured by the unjust men holding office, the

discrimination of women and every teacher he ever met in law school as they taught him something asabsolute fact that is not. I can prove he did not commit a crime and in fact he was one of two or three

persons ever in ten years who told me the facts upfront and all of those people were men who were

clerks of a court. That means something good not bad. Besides - until he met me over the phone? He

had zero evidence that his belief was not a fact of this world and US law and the Supreme Court.
