Arne Clausen Photography was established in 2003 as a department of Design Evolution (U) Limited.
With 20 years of extensive experience as a News & Commercial Photographer, I have been involved in photography most of my life. From taking my first images in Soweto in the 1980’s to covering the wars in the Sudan, Eritrea and Rwanda.

The services offered today specifically focus on Advertisement, Model, Nature, Event & Product Photography. The equipment now operational in our photo studio revolves around a set of all Digital Nikon Cameras, two 12.5 MPX Nikon D300S.
It also features a Swiss made Elinchrom Ranger RX Photo Studio with 2 Digital Studio Flash Units with 1.000 Watt output each and 2 Digital Studio Light Units in 350, 650 and 1.000 Watt Configurations.

This is complemented by a State of the Art Apple Macintosh Desktop & Laptop computer system as well as the Adobe Creative Suite CS4 software edition for digital photo editing purposes.
Advanced computer based Digital Photo Editing in the context of relevant Creative assignments is also an integral aspect of my Portfolio.

In addition, my studios feature a custom built Land Rover Multi Media Production Unit with its own on board 220 Volt TrippLite Inverter system, long range Codan NGT-VR HF Radio and general expedition gear.
This means one of the more sophisticated photo studios in East Africa is Instantly Mobile with the capacity to produce high-end all digital Advertising, Nature & Events Photography anywhere!

Design Evolution (U) Limited has successfully served more than 80 clients over the past 8 years.
The digital photography required by our clients for Ads, Events & Creative Developments as well as Corporate & Product Identity Design or ATL & BTL Communications is exclusively produced in house.
However, I am also registered with Getty Images for additional international photo requirements.
