Are you still playing your flute?

I am feeling guilty

Description of Stanza

When there is hardly time for our love

The melody concealed in the

Uncovered by the breath of an artist

slim hollow of the bamboo

To be longing for your song

Composed by his fingers

Blown by the wind

To the depth of my heart.

Are you still playing your flute?

I am feeling guilty

Description of Stanza

When there is hardly time for our love

The melody concealed in the slim hollow of the bamboo

Uncovered by the breath of an artist

To be longing for your song

Composed by his fingers

Blown by the wind

To the depth of my heart.

The first and the others stanza are starting with ‘Are you still playing

you flute?’.

The poet enjoyed the song that played by the man with his flute.

But then, she felt guilty as the she longing to the song.

The flute is made from the bamboo and the man is playing the flute

by his own hand.

Amidst the sick rice field

Description of Stanza

In the village so quite and deserted

Gazing at the evening rays

Collecting dew drops

While here it has become a luxury

Or enjoying the fragrance of flowers.

To spend time watching the rain

Amidst the sick rice field

Description of Stanza

In the village so quite and deserted

To spend time watching the rain

While here it has become a luxury

Gazing at the evening rays

Collecting dew drops

Or enjoying the fragrance of flowers

In the second stanza, the poet asked him again with the same

question and she described in her poet about her village that so

quiet and deserted.

She wonders that while people in her village are struck by problems

around them the man is still playing the flute without ignoring what

happened around him.

The people in her village struggled for their live.

Description of Stanza

my people disunited by politics

my friend slaughtered mercilessly

this world is too old and bleeding.

In the last stanza, she starts with the same question as in the first

and second stanza. She explained that her mind is interrupted by the

man with the flute.

She state that her country is in danger while people are jobless, they

were in war and people are disunite by politics.
