Agorá Plenary Session April 4 th , 2011 Minutes Preamble: Due to an error in scheduling, the Plenary Session of April 4 th , 2011, took place at the same time as a first-year class. We apologize for this mistake. Given the circumstances, and the lack of a substantial part of our voting body, it was decided to postpone voting until the next plenary session (which will be “extra”). Here are the topics treated during the session: 1. W ebs ite ◦ Inquiries were made as to who would like to participate in the running, designing and maintenance of Agora's website. Anyone interested please e -mail [email protected] ◦ Layout and Design – Elza ◦ Webmaster – Cyril ◦ Web Designing – Alice ◦ First brainstorming meeting will take place next week! 2. Tap W ater Fo untains Project ◦ A big update on this issue has to be given a t the next plenary session. ◦ Decision for the creating of a specific commission is pending on voting motion. ◦ Y elle, Tany , Esther, Cyril, Zander and Matthew have offered to help. Any others interested can volunteer at the next plenary session. 3. Film and Debate Committee ◦ Committee Head Zander gave the member body an update on the Film and Debate Club. ◦ Three films – The Green Wave, Zeitgeist:Moving Forward, Thank you for Smoking and The Secret War on T error have been presented s possible options. ◦ Submissions are welcome and encouraged. Should there be an excess of choice, a list of the films will be put up to your attention for selection! They must be submitted before the next plenary session please. ◦ The official e-mail of the Film and Debate Committee (and Club) is [email protected]. 4. Borre ll ◦ Cyril gave the body of members an update on the organization of Agora's Birthday Borrell ◦ Agora's ONE YEAR BIRTHDAY PARTY! Will take place April 21 st , in Zuidepark. ◦ 10 Euros will give you half a kilo of mean, salad, bread, five drinks (alcoholic or otherwise), games, quizzes and prizes! Next plenary session will be essential in the development of Agorá! Keep an eye on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors' meeting to find some of the topics which will be addressed! The agenda and details for the next session will be communicated shortly .

Preamble: Due to an error in scheduling, the Plenary Session of April 4th, 2011, took place at

the same time as a first-year class. We apologize for this mistake. Given the circumstances, and the

lack of a substantial part of our voting body, it was decided to postpone voting until the next plenary

session (which will be “extra”).

Here are the topics treated during the session:

1. Website

◦ Inquiries were made as to who would like to participate in the running, designing and

maintenance of Agora's website. Anyone interested please [email protected]
