Part IV – Photo Portfolio

Create an online portfolio with photos of your baking and pastry work. You are welcome to use any online platform you wish, but below are some examples of free websites that can be used for photo sharing: weebly.com blogger.com flickr.com

The photos should consist of work that you have completed as student, as well as any work you have completed outside of your courses. To combat photo plagiarism, we ask that photos include your name tag next to the product, or a picture of you holding the product. We realize this may not be possible for all photos, particularly if you are a transfer student, but this will assist us in ensuring that the work is truly yours. The photos should be representative of the entire range of your baking and pastry experience, including pies & tarts, petits fours, breads, cakes, plated desserts, chocolates, and sugar.
