    Requirements for Logging On to the TTX XenApp Web Interface

    The following requirements are needed for connecting to the TTX Company CitrixXenApp environment:

    1. Access to the Internet from your ersonal Computer.!. Internet "xplorer version #.$ %1 or higher& or 'ire'ox we( (rowser version ) or

    higher.

    ). XenApp we( (rowser client installed *detailed in following document+.,. C video resolution of -$$x#$$ or higher.

    . If your we( (rowser default settings have (een changed or loc/ed0down (y the

    administrator& following options should (e ena(led:- 1!-0(it encryption- ActiveX- Coo/ies- %aving of encrypted pages

    pen your Internet "xplorer (rowser and type http:22terminal.ttx.com in the Address

    (ox and press Enter.

    Continue logging in to Citrix XenApp:

    In the User namefield& enter your networ/ I5.

    In the Passwordfield& enter your networ/ password.

    Clic/ the Log n(utton.

    The Citrix XenApp window displays the applications you are provisioned to see. The

    applications displayed in this window vary (ased on your profile.

    The ?8y 5ocuments? folder& the system default location for most files& also resides on

    the file server. lease ensure all documents you need to /eep *6ord& "xcel& oweroint&

    etc.+ are stored on your networ/ I: and2or 8: drives.

    6hen finished with your XenApp session& logout (y clic/ing )tartand then Log %%3your name4. The XenApp start screen displays.

    To close XenApp& clic/ the Log %%(utton at the top right side of the screen.

    This closes all of your XenApp applications and des/top windows and logs you off fromTTX XenApp 6e( Interface.

    If you need to logon (ac/& please clic/ on the Return to Log nlin/ to start your next

    XenApp session.
