APNA CSC – SBI Life Insurance Premium Collection, Process Flow

This service is used to make the payment of SBI Life Premium through CSC Centres, same as we are

doing with LIC.

Commission of VLEs will be:

Amount Commission

Rs. 1 - 5000 7

Rs. 5001 – 25000 30

Rs. 25001 - 49999 46

Process Flow

Step 1: Log In to Apna CSC

Step 2: Select Life Insurance Premium Payment (LIC & SBI Life)

Step 3: VLE be redirected to the Premium Payment screen where he would be asked to select the

desired Insurance Company as SBI Life Premium and press Submit button.

Step 4: SBI Premium Collection page will get open. VLE would enter Policy Number and Date of Birth

and Premium Enquiry button.

Step 5: Policy related details will get displayed.

Step 6: VLE would enters his Wallet Password and click on Pay button. If the transaction got

Successful, payment Receipt will get generated.

Step 6: If in Step 3, VLE selects the Insurance Company as LIC and press Submit button then LIC

Premium Collection page will open and he can use that service as it is meant.
