Vision
To bring together women from different realities so that, together, through the creation of an
enterprise, they can feel empowered, generating income and employment, personal and
professional development and contributing to the sustainable development of the region as a
whole.

To be a reference as a social business in the area in which we operate, by generating easily
replicable processes and at the same time, open to innovation and adaptation to local realities.

Why now?
Difficulty of Expatriate women in getting a work visa in Brazil, leaving their time and
potential wasted.
Moment of the Brazilian and world politics, with more stimulus for projects that benefit
women.
Local communities that have women with an entrepreneurial profile, but have not started
or do not have the best practices to become sustainable business.
The Increasing number of entities that provide microcredit, but who do not have a gender
segmentation and a training sector.
Mega events happening in the city of Rio de Janeiro as the 2016 Olympic Games, which
will create demand for specific products and services, opening a window of opportunity.
How are we going to make the
difference?
Training: To provide courses and training for the expatriate so that they become facilitators
of our solidarity popular venture. As well as courses and training for women entrepreneurs
so that they develop themselves and their own expertise to the project.
Facilitation: Enable expatriate trained and experts in technical areas to develop along
with the entrepreneurial community an enterprise. With this, they can generate
employment and income with their products and services, allowing a liberating
development for themselves, their families and their community.
Investment: Capture and manage funds that provide microcredit to women's initiative to
stimulate the growth of your enterprise, teach financial planning, create sustainability for
the project, stop the cycle of poverty and empower women benefited.
Intermediation: Identify and distribute services and products from the projects to potential
customers in a wider market, generating sustainability for the project and expanding the
desired social impact.

In the beggining...
The West Zone of Rio de Janeiro:
There are few social projects that leverage the latent potential of
communities in the West Zone of Rio, representing 41.36% (2,614,728
inhabitants) of the total of the municipality of Rio de Janeiro.
The West Zone of Rio de Janeiro is the region with the smallest HDI (Human Development Index) in the city, marked by significant social inequality and
contrasting realities.
