AdelAide Experience the food and wine that Adelaide is renowned for in Rundle, Hutt or Gouger Streets, or O’Connell and Melbourne Streets in North Adelaide. The Parade in Norwood is just ten minutes from the city centre and is alive with cafés, Italian and Thai restaurants, pubs and more. Take the tram to Glenelg, Adelaide’s most popular beach destination. It’s always buzzing with people enjoying the sand and sea, foreshore parks and summer entertainment. Stroll along the jetty, browse through the hundreds of shops, and sample the dining at sidewalk cafés along Jetty Road. A city surrounded by lush parklands, with world-class food and wine, a thriving arts scene and a calendar full of exciting events and festivals, Adelaide has it all!

Perth is a vibrant city overlooking the Swan River - the weather is fantastic, the beaches uncrowded and the dining options plentiful and varied. With an array of water sports on the Swan River, more than 50 kilometres of riverside pathways ideal for walking and cycling, a number of inner city parks and beautiful beaches only minutes away it’s easy to see why Perth’s relaxed, outdoor lifestyle is addictive to all who visit. A short distance from Perth city is Fremantle where you will find some of the best seafood restaurants, stunningly different Australian fashions, the latest in indigenous art, a pioneering history waiting to be retold. Just offshore from Perth is Rottnest Island. A great place to getaway for a few days and relax or enjoy one of the many activities like surfing, snorkelling or fishing. Explore the kilometres of riverside walkways or enjoy any number of adventures including abseiling the cliffs at Kangaroo Point, climbing the Story Bridge or all kinds of water sports. the red ceNtre is the heart of Australia and is in stark contrast to the Top End of the Northern Territory. Discover Central Australia’s arid beauty, its endless plains and monuments of nature. New Zealand Hot SpotsAucKlANd For most people, Auckland is the arrival gateway to New Zealand. This cosmopolitan city is known as the “City of Sails” and is beautifully situated between two harbours – the Waitemata, and the Manukau Harbours and dotted with 48 volcanic cones. The dominating features of the Auckland cityscape are the graceful lines of the Harbour Bridge, the sparkling waters of the Waitemata Harbour and Hauraki Gulf, and the brooding cone of Rangitoto Island – the last of the city’s 48 volcanoes to erupt – just over 600 years ago. Wherever you stay in Auckland, you are never far from breathtaking scenery, beautiful beaches, invigorating walks, idyllic holiday islands, outstanding food and wine, great shopping and exciting nightlife.

rotoruA Whether seeking to experience Maori culture, geothermal earth forces, spa rejuvenation, thrills and adventure, or any of the other natural assets such as 16 lakes, some of the world’s best mountain biking trails, fantastic trout fishing and myriad forest walking tracks – Rotorua delivers it all!

Whilst in Queenstown – If you are feeling adventurous, you could take a Dart River jet to “Paradise”, ride the world-famous Shotover Jet on the Shotover River, take a helicopter ride, go bungy jumping or bush walking. Or, for a more relaxing day, you could take a cruise on Lake Wakatipu on TSS Earnslaw or just have a picnic lunch and take in the beautiful surroundings.

Make your way around Fiji’s volcanic landscape from its incredible beaches to the rugged interior of rainforest and rivers. Head to the Coral Coast for world class resorts and laid-back beaches or opt for a slice of adventure at Pacific Harbour. At Denarau Island, relax in five star luxury, tee off at the championship golf course or head out to explore the Mamanuca or Yasawa islands. For an insight into traditional culture, northern islands Taveuni and Vanua Levu offer an unhurried pace, lush rainforest and thrilling dives.

VANuAtuThe best holiday memories are made in Vanuatu. Take home stories of your trek up an active volcano.
