The undersigned is directed to refer to this department's circular no. 197 dt.09.05.17 (copy enclosed) wherein it was requested to provide the requisiteinformationj documents as sought by North DMC vide their reference dt. 02.05.17(Copy enclosed). In this connection, it is stated that the desired information documentshas not been received in North DMC till date. In this connection, a D.O. No. Addl.Comr. (Engg.)NDMC/D-833 'dt. 06.07.2017 has been received wherein theAddl.Commissioner (Estt.)/North DMC has pointed out that a DPC for grant of NFSG inrespect of Drivers is scheduled to be held on 13.07.17 and Currency of Punishmentreport along with work & conduct report in Rj 0 all regular Driver is required on prioritybasis to convene the DPC.

All HoD'sjDC's of SDMC are, therefore, requested to provide the requisite detailsto Asstt. Commissioner (Estt.}j North DMC. The responsibility and onus for not 'providing the requisite information documents shall remain on the part of theConcerned Department. Hence, the same may be provided by 12.07.2017 to NorthDMC.

All ODOs (North/South and East DMC) are requested to provide the COP & Workand Conduct report (last 5 years) of regular Drivers working under their jurisdiction. Therequisite information may kindly be provided on prescribed format (enclosed) at the earliestenclosing therein orders of regular appointment as Driver, probation clearanceorders and orders of regularization if, the driver was appointed earlier on Adhoc basis.

The Commissioner, North DMC has taken a serious view on the matter and hasdirected to complete the process in a time bound manner.

The concerned HODs/DDOs shall be solely liable/responsible for any dispute arisingin the future due to non submission of the information on time w.r.t. regular Drivers workingunder their jurisdiction and NFSG to Regular Drivers will be granted accordingly .
