Providing guidance at no cost to

the Senior and their family. Seniors today have more needs – and we mean real needs – and today’s seniors are finding it increasingly more difficult to be able to get their needs fulfilled. We work with Seniors, 65+, providing help and guidance regarding long term care options.

What Do We Do? We listen to understand your situation, then we

share information that will best serve you.

As an example, if you need and can afford a caregiver to assist you in your home, we can help you find one that’s qualified and appropriate to your needs. If you need a caregiver to assist you in your home but you can’t afford one, we’ll do all we can to help you. If you need to consider a residential care option, we can help you understand the options and guide you on those most appropriate. We will also help you understand what services and aid programs (Medi-Cal, IHSS, Section 8, etc.) might be available to you.

҉ How we can help you will depend on what your needs are and what you can afford or what support services you might qualify for.

҉ Veterans and surviving spouses of Veterans that served during periods of wartime may be able to qualify for Aid & Attendance benefits.

Wondering about Long Term Care? We understand the options; Long Term Nursing Home care, Assisted Living, “Board & Care” Residential Care Homes (RCHs), In-home Care, Independent Living Retirement communities… and will help you understand them too.

҉ We will also take time to help you understand what Medicare covers and whether or not Medi-Cal is likely to be an option for you.

In-home Care might be your first choice, but do you

know what it might cost - and can you afford it? While

most of your medical costs will be covered by Medicare

if you have a Medicare Part B Supplement or Medicare

Advantage plan, non-medical care assistance will

not be covered. Long term care (LTC) insurance

may cover part of the non-medical costs if you have an

LTC policy. If you have very low income you may

qualify for In Home Supportive Services (IHSS), but IHSS

will provide you with only limited hours help, and will not,

for example, pay for 24 hour, live-in caregiver assistance.

҉ Independent Living options for retirees needing In-home, Long Term Care

҉ Residential Care options including Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Facilities and Memory Care

҉ Medicare Insurance options, Long Term Care Insurance and Reverse Mortgages

҉ Assistance in understanding about and how to apply for IHSS, Section 8, VA Benefits and other programs

҉ Elderlaw Attorneys for Wills, Trusts and Conservatorship advice/assistance

҉ Burial & Cremation options
