Robert took the Power Electronics course that I taught in 2012 at The Australian National University (ANU). ANU is widely regarded as one of the very best universities in Australia. I particularly remember Robert from that year because he was one of the most interactive, enthusiastic and dedicated of students in the class and because he genuinely appeared to enjoy participating in all aspects of the course. My experience of Robert as a student is that he was enthusiastic, hard-working, intelligent and determined. Robert finished amongst the top quarter of students taking the course, completing it with a Distinction. He consistently achieved good grades in assessments, asked intelligent questions during and after teaching sessions. In particular I clearly recall that Robert demonstrated a real desire to learn, understand and explore the course material during the many hands-on laboratory sessions. I am quite confident that Robert will be successful in his further studies and therefore I am pleased to be able to recommend that he be accepted into a program at your institute. Dear Madam / Sir

Recommendation of Robert Lageano for admission into study program

It is with pleasure that I recommend Robert Lageano be accepted into a study program at your institute.

Sincerely

Dr Evan Franklin
