The Martin Luther King Activity Center is located at 2300 Butternut Lane, just off of E . Scharbauer Dr. in East Midland. The M L K Center has ample parking, with overflow at the high school across the street. On the grounds is a park, and a playground for kids.

Go three blocks and turn left on Butternut Lane at the high school football field. There is easy access to Midland shopping on Loop 250.

Hamfest Hours & Setup Times Exhibit set-up will be from 5:00pm until 7:00pm Friday afternoon. The doors will be locked at 7:00pm Friday, to be re­opened at 7:00 am Saturday morning for continued dealer and exhibitor set-up. The Hamfest will be open to tbe public at 8:00 am until main prize drawing. Forums will start at 8:00am.

Dealers and exbibitors will have special identifying badges. Only persons wearing these special badges may enter the hamfest building at the designated set-up times. Pre-Hamfest sales are discouraged by MARC and the rules of facility.

Pre-registration ticket and name tag pickup will take place in tbe main hallway entrance to the hamfest gymnasium, starting at 5:00 pm on Friday, March 15th, and lasting until 7:00 pm. Registrations "at the door" will also be available at these times if available. On Saturday morning pre-registration ticket and name tag pickup as well as new registrations will continue at the gymnasium entrance at 8:00 am.

All Table positions will be pre-assigned. All tables are rented on a first-come, first-served basis to registered Hamfest participants only and must have a rental tag displayed. No refunds for no-shows. Limited A/C outlets, specify in advance or bring a long extension cord if you need power.

All unclaimed tables become available for 1/2 price at 10:00am Saturday.
