    WWe come together this evening to honor those Members who have achieved milestones in their careers as Operating Engineers. It is important that we take the time to remember their contribution to this Local Union

    and to recognize that it is the skill, hard work, and dedication of all of the Members that make

    Local 66 the organization that it is. On behalf of the Members of Local 66, I wish to extend our thanks

    and congratulations to tonights honorees and also to those unable to be with us.

    I would like to thank the Dinner Dance Committee and all others involved for their many hours of hard

    work preparing this event. Also, our sincere gratitude to those who employ our Members and those who

    Again this year, I am very pleased to participate in the District #1 Dinner Dance activities. It is with great

    satisfaction that I am able to personally congratulate the Members who are being honored at this function tonight.

    Over the years, these Members have demonstrated their dignity and pride for Operating Engineers Local 66.

    I wish to offer my sincere thanks to them for continuing to show brotherhood and unity through their longevity

    in Membership in our Local. It is because of their loyalty and dedication that we are able to join in tonights

    celebration - rich in tradition and respect!

    I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to the contractors, business community, and Members of other

    Locals for their friendship and help throughout the year, and for their support of tonights festivities. Further,

    I would like to thank the District #1 Dinner Dance Committee, as well as all others involved who, helped to

    make this event successful. I hope that all attendees are enjoying themselves this evening, and wish them and
