knowing yourself.

Anger – ‘Good’ or ‘Bad’ ???

Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy human emotion. However, when it gets out of control & turns destructive, it can lead to problems in work, problems in personal relationship and problems in overall quality of life. While you have every right to be angry, you must learn to keep that anger in check and use it constructively

Anger – ‘Good’ or ‘Bad’ ???

Being angry or frustrated is just like being under the influence of a drug. It prevents you from rationalizing and thinking logically.

Anger is caused by a combination of an irrational perception of reality and a low frustration point.

Anger Management

Do important jobs now before they become urgent.

When you make mistakes, learn from them rather than getting angry.

Don't criticize, condemn & complain because it makes you angry.

Page 7: Anger Management

Choose a job you love and you will not have a day of anger in your working life.

Learn to sometimes say NO.

Page 8: Anger Management

Ask even stupid questions to avoid mistakes to further avoid others getting angry with you.

Nobody can make you angry without your consent.

Organize your mind and organize your desk for six minutes every hour.

Page 9: Anger Management

Accept what you cannot change & Change what you cannot accept.

Never get angry with a man who has nothing to lose.

Never reply to a letter when you are angry.

Page 10: Anger Management

Say sorry at the right moment to reduce the anger of others.

Indecision makes you angry. Therefore,

decide this way or that way.

“A sincere apology costs nothing and it’s a smart career move”

The most common occupational disease of a poor executive is his inability to listen.

The result is anger.

Nobody can disgrace us other than ourselves.

So why get angry?

Page 12: Anger Management

Anger is a luxury in which only men of abundant means or absolutely no means can indulge.

Never go to bed with an argument unsettled.

Page 13: Anger Management

Work is the best remedy for all angers.

Make common sense your best friend to reduce your anger and the anger of others.

Men who do not know how to fight anger, die young.

Page 14: Anger Management

You cannot change others as easily as you can change yourself.

When you want to get things done, use creative ways to remind people as they tend to forget conveniently;

this will reduce your anger.

Most people remember 20 % of what they hear... understand this fact to reduce your anger.

Page 15: Anger Management

Careful with words like ‘NEVER’, ‘ALWAYS’e.g. You are always forgetting ;

You never deliver in time. These words alienate & humiliate people, who might otherwise be willing to work with you on a solution.

Page 16: Anger Management

Share negative emotions, preferably in person or on phone.

Emails, notes, are too impersonal for the delicate nature of negative words.

What feels like a mild rap on the knuckles when delivered in person feels like a bomb when put in an email or in a note.
