The articles that i have written about in this magazine were to promote charity shop, shopping. all the products that where used within this article, were all bought from a charity shop and adapted to suit and

fit the model.

This article TUX was to show and tell the public about the trends for men’s party wear, this trend was a key factor in 2010. The key colours in this trend were black however each piece of the collection had strong

detailing and accessories.

Detail is a big deal though out this trend, enhancing the cut and fabric qualities used.

In the mind of Paul smith was an exhibition that was set up in theory at the Nottingham contemporary, the exhibition would display everything that has inspired Paul smith, everything from his stamped col-lection and item in his office, items that you wouldn’t expect to find in a top designers office space. this

exhibition.

British home stores has been on the English high street since 1924 and has gone from strength to strength, how ever in recent years the brand has been on a downward spiral with self identity and brand loyalty.

So I set myself the challenge of rebranding the company from bhs to British home store and aiming at a younger male market. I have created a promotional magazine spread and also a new store

visual merchandising scheme

These promotional examples will be used throughout a nation wide campaign and sit perfectly along side the new store visual merchandising scheme and magazine promotion. There also will be bus, taxi and

metro advertising.

These are the final viewpoints that will be used within my final major project, however these images that are displayed on these pages are unfinished. Each of these viewpoints is to show the visual merchandising and layout of the store. The image to the left shows the entrance of my store into the basement level, which will be the new suiting and accessories area. The image above shows the casual area of British home stores and the final image below show Team lab hangers, this a system that allows the customers to view the clothing on model displayed on

television screen before purchasing.
