PUBLIC NOTICE

On Draft Regulations for Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related

Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003

(36 of 2003), and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Andhra Pradesh

Electricity Regulatory Commission proposes to notify the Regulations on Forecasting,

Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation

Sources.

2. Accordingly, Draft APERC (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related

Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2016, are placed on the

website of the Commission www.aperc.gov.in to elicit and consider the views of all the

stakeholders before notifying the final Regulations. The copies of the Draft Regulations

can be obtained from the office of Commission also at the above mentioned address.

3. The Commission invites comments/views/suggestions from all the interested persons/

stakeholders in this matter. Comments/suggestions may be sent to the Commission

Secretary/APERC on or before 5.00 PM of 30-09-2016 at the above mentioned address

or through email to Commn-secy@aperc.gov.in.
