The Masthead uses the same conventions of NME by being in the top-left hand corner with the bright red and white and black outlines which are often associated with rock music. The Masthead is the biggest font on the page so it grabs your attention faster but not as fast as the main Image.

The Header summarises the features in the magazine.

The Main Image is the medium long shot of Dizzee Rascal (which is show clearly in big font). He is looking straight at the camera while it is tilted and he is looking happy.

The main sell line anchors the main image so that anyone can see who the man is. Also the font is big and bold with drop shadow so it really stands

out.

Bar code are all essential elements on magazine if they are to sell copies.

The Footer at the bottom of the page just lists other Rock bands that will feature in the magazine. The use of the word “Plus:” at the beginning of the footer suggests there’s loads going on in the magazine.

The Flash it help to stand out and delivers small amount of important information.

A Pull Quote It tease the reader to read it fully and it show what has been said in the article so in this case it could be words from Dizzee Rascal

The Main Image is a close up and it is good because the reader can see the character of the artist which could arrogant; the impact is increased by the shadow on the right side of his face.

The masthead clearly says KERRANG and even though a bit of it hidden but the magazine has a brand name so people can easily recognise it.

The Main Image has a mid-shot of the singer Foo Fighters. As in the image we can see that He is looking straight at the camera with his slightly tilted showing his character which could be arrogant.

The Main Sell line anchor the main image to summarize in very brief detail and the font is big and catches the eye Immediately.

The Bar Code and Price is compulsory for the all the magazine.

The Footer is always at the bottom and it shows the things included in the magazine; like in this magazine it talk about some of the rock bands.
