Lana Del Rey is an indie pop/ rock singer- songwriter. She is a well-established artist and is widely known all over the world. Lana Del Rey is an indie pop/ rock singer-songwriter. She is a well-established artist and is widely known all over the world. She has also produced songs for films including ‘The Great Gatsby’ (2013)

Lana Del Ray is photographed on the advert and has been positioned in the centre of the space so that the attention is drawn to her. The artist is also looking into the camera making eye contact with the reader and creating direct mode address. This helps engage the audience and males them want to look at what the advert is informing them about. The Album name is placed over the artist in a blue tone to match the colour of the sky. This creates a neutral flow of colours on the advert creating a harmonious look.

The Artists name is written at the top of the advert in a bold white typeface. The letters stand out against the blue sky as well adding to the importance they carry. However the artist has been edited in front of the letters with the tip of her head standing over the bottom of the ‘D’ and ‘E’. This gives the artist a sense of importance and authority as if she is above the elements. The white colour of the letters also suggests purity and perfection of the artist.

At the bottom of the page the details of the album’s release date, popular songs included as well as a website have been included. Because it is a well-established music listening site amazon do not need to place much else on the advert in order to inform listeners about how to get the song.
