It’s impossible to achieve breakthroughs with yesterday’s thinking. Make it a priority to pause,

reflect and work yourself into a state of ‘flow.’

and then pour your heart into it.

sync with your grander purpose.

To avoid burnout, inject moments of rest and rejuvenation in the midst of your

day, for it’s the stimulus that will strengthen your endurance, strength, flexibility, self-control

and focus for the long haul.
