The region where we live is called «Tuscany».

Tuscany is known for his landscapes, its traditions and history.

Tuscany has seaside, hills, mountains and beautiful cities like Florence, Pisa and Siena.

CAMPAGNA SENESE:Siena receives its visitors with the attraction of the past and the wonder of its valleys. The vines and the hills of olive trees influence also the gastronomic culture.

FLORENCEFlorence is the chief town of Tuscany and it is famous mainly because of the pieces of art. Many famous artists like Michelangelo, Giotto and Botticelli worked on old buildings and paintings in this city.Florence is also the city where the Renaissance started and then it developed in whole Europe.

SIENASiena is a medieval city in the region of Tuscany, located in the north of Italy some 70 km (43 mi) south of Florence. It is probably best known for a colourful horse race ,Il Palio, conducted twice each year in the summer.

PISAPisa is best known for the world famous Leaning Tower. The best way to visit Pisa is walking the streets, as the city center is very small, and enjoy the sight and the atmosphere.

…and our city PISTOIA Pistoia is an historical city. There are romanic churches like the Dome, in the main square of the city, and S. Andrea.We have also an important musical festival, which takes place in July, called PISTOIA BLUES.
