HOW TO APPLY FOR A VISA
STEP 1: Select visa type
STEP 2: Complete the following document DS-160
Step 3: Pay the non-refundable application fee and schedule appointment
STEP 4: Schedule appointment for biometrics to be taken at the Applicant Service Center (ASC)
STEP 5: Attend your Applicant Service Center (ASC)
Appear at U.S. Embassy for your interview.
Pick up passport with visa at your local DHL office or the Applicant Service Center (ASC)
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL CATEGORIES OF NONIMMIGRANT VISAS
Complete the DS-160
A valid Passport
A photograph
A Colombian national identity card.
For an applicant under the age of 14, a copy of his or her birth certificate.
